Gabrielle Union In Workout Gear Stuns For Marie Claire

Gabrielle Union recently appeared on the cover of Marie Claire magazine, and she looked amazing while doing so. The magazine shared a video of herself doing the shoot on their Instagram recently. In it, Gabrielle wore different outfits, including an adorable set of workout gear. She Drinks A Gallon Of Water A Day
One of Gabrielle’s biggest wellness tips is drinking enough water each day. She told Elle, via Yahoo that she aims to drink a gallon each day. “The best tip I was given is to try to drink half of it by noon and then just casually drink the other half until 6:00 p.m., after then it gets a little tricky. I’m about to go work out (it’s 11:30 a.m.), so I know I’ll drink a good 32 ounces in the workout alone. Just try and do as much as you can early.”
She Loves Salad
Gabrielle makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her go-to meals in this Instagram video. For lunch, Gabrielle loves eating salads, and shared her favorite in the post’s caption. “Lunch: Collard Greens, Shaved Fennel, and Arugula Apple Salad with Avocado, Lemon, with Champagne Vinaigrette 🥂”
She Doesn’t Deprive Herself
Gabrielle does eat a healthy diet, but she also doesn’t completely deprive herself. “If I don’t feel like it, I don’t feel like it,” she says to Women’s Health. “I’m gonna have a margarita—I’m not gonna get the ‘skinny margarita’, I’m gonna get the one with all the frickin’ calories. I’m gonna have a cheeseburger, I’m gonna have a pound of bacon, and then, maybe, the next day, I’ll try to pull it together. But I try not to be too crazy with it.”
She Doesn’t Stress Herself Out
Many people want to know how Gabrielle keeps her face looking so young. She tells Women’s Health that reducing stress and keeping her schedule clear is one of her tips. “My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say no, no, and hell, no. We run ourselves ragged saying yes to every freaking thing, whether it’s to our family, spouses, or careers. I sleep eight hours a day and don’t let myself stress out. A lot of people call it selfish, but I don’t have any wrinkles.”
She’s Confident
In her Marie Claire interview, Gabrielle opened up about parenting and how being a mom has changed her. She says that it has helped her feel more confident with herself. “I feel I’ve never been more confident. Once I became a mom and I got older, I was like, Nobody can tell me shit. I’m going to put on whatever I feel like putting on that day. And if it’s nothing, you’re going to get this dental floss on the beach, paparazzi. If I want to wear makeup, awesome. And if I don’t want to wear a stitch, I’m not being brave or edgy or it’s not a movement. This is just how I feel best today. How you feel about it? I don’t give a fuck.”
