The model and actress from Israel, Gal Gadot, is known for her acting roles in movies like Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman 1984, Snow White (coming out in 2025), Fast & Furious, and Justice League to name a few. Gadot is looking absolutely stunning in this Instagram post captioned “Summer state of mind ☀️💛.” No matter how busy her schedule gets, Gadot prioritizes eating healthy and making time to workout.


1. She fits a workout into her morning routine

Regardless of how busy her schedule gets, she’ll make time for a morning workout, followed by a good meal. "I love all different kinds of fish, but my latest obsession is Chilean sea bass. I also like chicken and filet steak,” she said.

2. She eats Mediterranean food

When it comes to her diet, she really enjoys the Mediterranean diet. "Since I’m from the Middle East, I’m very much all about the Mediterranean diet," Gadot said. This includes plenty of veggies, seasoning, and olive oil. "I look at food as fuel, and I want to give the best to my body so I try to eat healthy on most days." According to the Cleveland Clinic, “the Mediterranean Diet emphasizes plant-based foods and healthy fats. You eat mostly veggies, fruits and whole grains. Extra virgin olive oil is the main source of fat. The Mediterranean Diet can lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and many other chronic conditions. A dietitian can help you customize the diet to suit your needs.”

3. She loves filling, healthy food

For dinner, there’s a huge focus on getting enough vegetables and high protein. "I’m also big on salad with delicious dressings," Gadot shares. "The ones I make are either based with olive oil or Greek yogurt with lots of herbs and spices for a delicious kick,” she said.

4. Even her indulgences are on the healthy side

Even when she “splurges,” it’s not over the top and still fairly healthy. She’s found foods that still have that indulgence feel without being super unhealthy like Goodles, a kind of healthier mac & cheese that’s high in protein and fiber. "My favorites are Shella Good and Cheddy Mac," she said.
