From modeling loungewear to sharing her favorite foods, she remains true to herself despite the haters.

Georgia Hassarati is a reality star. She first made waves in 2022 as a contestant on Too Hot To Handle. The following year, she appeared on Perfect Match. Hassarati has a large following on social media. In October, she modeled a set of white loungewear on her Instagram.

She Can Recover From Setbacks

Hassarati opened up about her life and career in an interview with Cosmopolitan. She says that she has learned to recover from setbacks she’s experienced. “I’m very good at heartbreak now. I’ve had my fair share of experiences as you know! But I’m good at picking myself up quickly and not engaging with the drama online.”

She Ignores Comments From Social Media

Hassarati talked about living in the public eye in her Cosmopolitan interview. She says that she has learned to ignore what people on social media say about her. “People get really attached to that very small amount of time they see you on TV, and often it doesn’t show your full personality. I’m very bubbly and I laugh a lot, but people would say it came across as ditzy on TV. I’m a very easygoing person. I say stupid stuff all the time, I’m not afraid to embarrass myself, and I’m pretty carefree. But on TV it’s really hard to fully show all of that. That was hard for me because I hate being misunderstood, but ultimately it’s just made me stronger.”

She Loves Strawberries

Hassarati shared some of her favorite foods in this TikTok. In it, she is seen eating strawberries. The Cleveland Clinic states that strawberries have a lot of benefits. “For starters, strawberries are loaded with vitamin C. Eight medium strawberries contain 160% of your daily recommended amount — the amount that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends you eat every day. That’s more vitamin C than you get from an orange, the fruit famous for its vitamin C. Strawberries are also packed with antioxidants, which protect cells from damage. The primary antioxidant in strawberries is anthocyanin, which gives the fruit its color. The amount of anthocyanin in strawberries increases as the fruit ripens. So, the redder the berry, the more antioxidants it contains.”

She Loves Yogurt

Hassarati is seen eating yogurt in the previous TikTok. The Cleveland Clinic states that yogurt has a lot of benefits. “Greek yogurt has about twice as much protein as traditional yogurt. You need calcium for strong bones and teeth. Your muscles and nerves also rely on this mineral to function properly.”

She's True To Herself

Hassarati is all about authenticity. She encouraged others going on reality TV to do the same thing in her Cosmopolitan interview. “Don’t have high hopes for anything. Just have fun, be yourself, don’t get involved in the drama, and ignore the negativity. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if you’re the best person on earth, there’s always going to be someone that hates that about you, and you can’t change that. Everyone likes to be liked, but as long as you stay true to yourself and know that you’re a good person, you’ll do just fine.”

Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi is steaming up social media with her latest swimsuit selfie. In one of her latest posts, the Shahs of Sunset beauty shows off her 30-plus pound weight loss in a bathing suit. “Currently taking applications for my next relationship #ThirstTrappin,” she captioned the mirror selfie. “Where do we apply ??” responded one of her followers. How did the reality star lose weight and what are her top health habits? Celebwell has the answer.

1. She Is on Ozempic

GG doesn’t conceal the fact that she lost weight via the controversial jab. "I don't see a reason to hide being on a weight loss [medication] or a cosmetic procedure," Golnesa told Entertainment Tonight May 18, "just talk about it because there's so many people out there who want to do the same thing or they want to learn about what you did." She added, "Obviously, I didn't look like this two months ago. So, all of a sudden, to lose almost 30 pounds, I would be a liar to say I quit drinking alcohol and you know all of a sudden started working out like some people like to say."

2. She Works Out with a Personal Trainer

On Instagram, GG revealed that she had enlisted the help of a professiona. “Reza Farahan because of [you] I have hired a personal trainer so I can start getting in shape and healthy. I swear I wouldn’t have been so inspired to do it without your pics and videos of motivation. [You] seriously need to make workout videos or something and sell that sh-t.”

3. She Does Pilates

Group,Of,People,Doing,The,Mermaid,Pilates,Exercise,Or,SideShutterstock

Gigi is a big fan of Pilates. “Pilates always helps with loose problem areas & is also a great for strengthening,” she told The Skinny Confidential.

4. She Eats Green

Gigi consumes a lot of plants. “I have always turned to extremely green vegetables because it gets your digestive system running [ if ya know what I mean ; ) ] and that helps cleanse the body in a healthy way. I also like to do AB work to tighten it up a bit,” she told Skinny Confidential. “I’m a huge salad fan so I usually can’t go one day without having a huge bowl of salad. I have recently been adding kale, chia seeds, & quinoa to everything…Such healthy super foods.”

5. Inspired by Her Kids

What else motivates Gigi to stay in shape? “My biggest motivation is knowing that I want to have lots of children and that I need to maintain my health in order to make that happen. I grew up having parents that eat extremely healthy so it totally motivates me to have that influence upon my children. The amount of deaths within cancer disease & the American Heart Association has become a scary toll, and so much of this is caused by living an unhealthy lifestyle. Again, healthy mind, healthy body…Healthy body, healthy mind!!” she said.

1. She Knows What She Wants

CELSIUS Oasis Vibe HouseTommaso Boddi/Getty Images

Hassarati opened up about her experience on the show Perfect Match in an interview with Cosmopolitan. Hassarati says that she took a lot of things from the experience. “The main thing I learned from Perfect Match is what qualities I want in a partner,” she says. “Being able to see all the different dynamics of relationships in that house helped me to see what I want and what I don’t want in a potential partner. So, I think it was really helpful actually to have the outsider perspective on everyone’s relationship to help me see that.”

2. She’s Not Afraid To Be Vulnerable

Hassarati tells Cosmopolitan how she has grown from being on Too Hot To Handle and Perfect Match. “I think it’s so evident if you watched Too Hot to Handle that I have grown so much, especially with how vulnerable and open I have been to getting to know people,” she explains. “I feel like with Too Hot to Handle whenever I would get close to anyone I’d kind of self-sabotage, pull away, and panic a little bit but with Perfect Match I was able to really overcome that. Be vulnerable, get to know people, not be scared of emotion, and just let my walls down, so I feel like you can see how much I’ve grown. It makes me really happy. I’m really proud of myself because it’s hard to be vulnerable.”

3. She Trusts Her Intuition

Blurry,Blue,Sky,And,Clouds,Background,With,Inspirational,Quotes,-Shutterstock

Hassarati tells Cosmopolitan that she is trusting her intuition a lot more now. “I regret being a little bit naive, I kind of went in there thinking that everyone was as excited to meet me as I was excited to meet them. I think it wasn’t really the case, I feel like I ignored my intuition a little and I shouldn’t have, always trust your gut, always listen to your intuition.”

4. She Doesn’t Care What Others Think

Being in the public eye can be difficult. However, Hassarati tells The Things that she doesn’t care about what anyone else says about her. “When the show airs people become very invested in what they see and tend to overlook the time in between. There is always going to be negativity when you open yourself up to the public in this way – it's difficult, but I think staying true to yourself and knowing opinions of people shouldn't affect how you view yourself is key. Spending time with those who truly know and love you is important also."

5. She Swims

Hassarati loves to spend time by the water. She shares a lot of beach photos on her Instagram. One thing Hassarati likes to do to stay in shape is going for a swim. She shared these photos on her page of herself and a friend doing some snorkeling and swimming in the Maldives. Hassarati captioned the post, “Swipe to the last pic to see my mate snorkeola jones.”

Euphoria star and model Barbie Ferreira—she plays newly confident, professionally dominant Kat Hernandez on the hit HBO series—is maxing and relaxing, and sharing the pictures. “Burnt cheeks in bora bora wow what a week,” she captioned her latest photo dump, with photos of her having a blast on the beach. How does she stay so healthy and together while in the limelight? 1. She Does Pilates

Ferreira’s exercise regime “involves Pilates a few times a week. I’ve started seeing a personal trainer, which has been more challenging, but I guess that’s the point,” she told Elle. “Pilates may sound intimidating, but it's an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates can be adapted to provide a gentle strength training and stability program, or it can be modified to give a seasoned athlete a challenging workout,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Has a Complex History With “Body Positivity”

Celebrities Visit Build - July 25, 2019Gary Gershoff/Getty Images

“When I started modeling and I was seen as a body-positive figure, I was a size 10-12 white girl with 'proportions' and a skinny face, and I feel like I contributed to the watering down of what body positivity really means," she said in an interview with Jezebel. “That’s why I stay away from it…I feel like I was also promoting this idea that a lot of body-positivity, capitalist schemes are doing where it’s like, let’s get this digestible girl who looks like a skinny woman who fits our beauty standards if you just cropped out her body.”

3. She Tries Not to Be Hung Up on Her Looks

When she gazes into the mirror, Ferreira sees “my jawline. Most people won’t believe this because of the selfies I post, but I try not to stare too much in the mirror. I like to give myself permission to live life without being too hung up on what I look like,” she told Elle.

4. She Was a Big Runner

"Euphoria" PremiereJeff Kravitz/FilmMagic for HBO

Way back in 2015, Ferreira told Elle: “I'm a big runner, and I like to lift heavy. I'm not one for those little two-pound dumbbells – my goal is to be super-muscular in my 40s. Women get so worried about bulking up, but you don't really get big as a woman, it's not like you wake up one day and you're a muscle machine. I like classes, but only when it's not hardcore, because that's still an insecurity of mine. In sports I was never as good as anyone else, I was dead last every race – one time I was third to last and I was like 'oh my god! Nailed it!'”

5. This is Her Go-To Condiment

Garlic,Sauce,AioliShutterstock

Ferreira is really into a raw vegan garlic spread from Whole Foods. “Lowering blood pressure is only part of the story of garlic's effects on the cardiovascular system. Using the spicy cloves in your cooking may also bring down your cholesterol. A 2013 scientific review concluded that the allicin in garlic could help reduce blood lipids, which include cholesterol and triglycerides. The review found other positive effects of garlic on heart health, too, including relaxing blood vessels and preventing abnormal enlargement of the heart muscle,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

6. She Created the “Fat Agenda”

“When I became friends with other plus-size models and other curve models, [the Fat Agenda]—a group and text chain—“was like... the joy of knowing that we’re all beautiful, we’re all big girls, and like, you know, even though we’re different than everyone, we can all talk about it to each other,” she told Jezebel.

5. She’s Embracing Herself

Gutierrez is all about self-love and embracing herself. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I've learned that healing to me means to embrace every part of me that has ever made me feel uncomfortable. From my thoughts, my looks, how I feel. Knowing that those pieces of me is what makes me unique. I embrace every stretch mark, every scar, my short hair, my everything. Each piece a significant part of my story. These pieces of me have grown to become a self loving, mother, wifey, entrepreneur. I wouldn't trade any part of me for anything in this world. I pray you lean into embracing the things that make you uncomfortable about yourself. Because I promise you those pieces of you are so beautiful! I see you!”

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
