Georgina's alcoholic beverage of choice? Red wine. "In my natural habitat, surrounded by wine and waiting for pasta," she captioned a post last year. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Hot Water Therapy

Georgina is a big fan of the soak it out method. Here she is taking a moment for self-care in a hot tub. Soaking in a hot tub reaps similar benefits to taking a bath, which has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Getting outside and moving is an easy way to achieve health and fitness goals. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
