1. She Jet-Skis

Rodríguez spends a lot of time at the beach, as you might have guessed from her recent post. One thing she enjoys doing is riding jet-skis. Rodríguez shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on a jet-ski. She posted this set of photos of herself riding in the ocean. In this set of photos, Rodríguez and Ronaldo are seen jet-skiing. 2. She Swims

One thing Rodríguez likes to do to stay in shape is to go swimming. She shares a lot of photos and videos on Instagram of herself in the water. In this underwater video, Rodríguez is seen swimming with flippers. In these photos, she is seen climbing out of the ocean after a swim. 3. She Hikes

Rodríguez likes to hike to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself and her family hiking in Punta del San Lorenzo. In it, she does plie squats, squat jumps, and squat jumping jacks. Rodríguez captioned the post, “The most effective way to do it is to do it!!! Good morning 💓💓💓 16x4.” Allina Health states, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

5. He Eats Regularly

Ronaldo has an active lifestyle. Naturally, this means that he has to put a lot of thought into his diet. In an interview, he revealed that he eats a lot of meals to keep up with all his physical activity. “Eat regularly,” Ronaldo says. “If you train regularly it’s important to keep energy levels high to fuel your body for better performance. I sometimes eat up to six smaller meals a day to make sure I have enough energy to perform each session at top level.”
