She Strength Trains

Braga likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She is seen using dumbbells and doing exercises like pulldowns in her Instagram video. Strength training is very beneficial, according to The Mayo Clinic. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

She Does Squats
