Gia Giudice has been in the public eye since she was young. She started her modeling career as a child. Since she’s the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice, she has appeared on the show from the beginning. Giudice has become an extremely successful influencer. She recently shared a set of photos of herself on the beach on Instagram. Giudice captioned it, “Needed some vitamin D in my life.” Here are five ways Giudice got her figure and got as successful as she has.

She Swims

Giudice likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of health benefits. “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength, provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

She Walks

Giudice likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself exploring Positano. Walking has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health states, “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Takes Care of Her Skin

Giudice shared her skincare routine on an episode of her mother’s podcast, Turning The Tables. “I am obsessed with Coly right now from summer Fridays. Summer Fridays is so hydrating and I'm also on Accutane right now. So my skin is super dry and now that we're entering the fall and winter months, I need a lot of hydrating products into my skin. I literally use their entire line. I use their foaming cleanser, their serums, their toners, and I do love the drunk elephant cream, the Biosense cream and Summer Fridays jet lag serum and overnight mask. So that's basically my skincare routine.”

She Has Support

Giudice is known for being close with her mother. She talked about the support she has in her Turning The Tables interview. “For the most part, with life changes, my mom is very understanding and honestly supports everything that I do with my life. I don't think I disappoint her in any way or make her question anything that I do. So on the topic of life changes and me just going to my mom for advice or letting her

She Has Goals

Giudice shared her career goals in an interview on the Trading Secrets podcast. “I want to invest in a lot of real estate because at the end of the day I want to just have that commission flowing in and then I could pass that down to my children. I would love to still be in the influencer reality world. I would love to keep building my fame and I do want to pull a Kim K and be a lawyer one day while doing all of this. That girl literally juggles the world, but I also want to create my own brand for myself, so I do want to come out with something that really resonates with me and shows who I am.”
