Giggly Squad & Netflix’s Hannah Berner In Bikini Top Says “This Is Me”

The comedian just posted a funny video on Instagram.

Hannah Berner has had a busy year. She’s been touring the country with her podcast Giggly Squad. She’s been doing interviews on red carpets. And she was recently named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People. Despite all this, Hannah still finds time to post funny videos on Instagram. Recently, she shared a video of herself mocking people who are good in workout classes. How does Hannah Berner keep herself looking amazing? Read on to learn 5 of her tips.

1

She Walks

Hannah likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in an interview with Bustle. “One thing that’s healthy for me is to go on a walk in the beginning of the day just to give myself perspective, get vitamin D, and see the world moving at a time when no one cares about anything, everyone is in their own head.”

2

She Stays Hydrated

Hannah shared her trick for keeping herself hydrated in her Bustle interview. “I’ve also started drinking this thing I saw on TikTok called SporTea, which is basically this lemon tea that you put in one of your big water bottles that the girls like to call their emotional support water bottles. I hate water, I think it’s boring, so I have to trick myself with these electrolytes or flavored drops in order to drink it. I’m a literal child.”

3

She Does Pilates

One of Hannah’s go to workouts is practicing Pilates. “Lately, I’m starting to get on the Pilates grind,” she says to Bustle. “But I just haven’t been able to get enough dates available in a row to make it a thing. My mom’s been doing Pilates, and she looks incredible.”

4

She Plays Tennis

Growing up, Hannah was a renowned tennis player. While she isn’t playing everyday anymore, she does still make time to go to the courts. “I was a former tennis player, so I need to play and hit things to be sane,” Hannah explains in her Bustle interview. “During the summer, I try to play tennis, and that’s the easiest workout for me because you’re playing a game so you forget that you’re working out. If tennis is too intimidating, play pickleball.”

5

She Loves Protein Bars

Hannah makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite options in an interview with EatingWell. “I have protein bars on me at all times. I think it’s my old tennis player instincts kicking in—I cannot risk being hangry. I actually have a phobia of being hungry on tour, so I always request protein bars in my dressing room.”
