Giggly Squad’s Paige DeSorbo Poses In Two-Piece Loungewear For InStyle

Paige DeSorbo has become a pop culture legend. She began her career at the media company Betches, before joining the third season of the Bravo series Summer House. Paige quickly became one of the breakout stars of the show, and she and castmate Hannah Berner started a podcast called Giggly Squad. Paige recently appeared in InStyle, where she revealed a new business venture, her own loungewear line, named after her cat Daphne. In the shoot, she wore a white two-piece set from the line and lounged in bed. Here are 5 of Paige DeSorbo’s wellness secrets.
She Takes P.Volve Classes
Paige shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with E! News, including one of her favorite workout programs. “My go-to work out is P.Volve, I’ve gone to their classes for years and now I stream them at home. I try and workout at least 3 to 4 times a week even if its for only 30 minutes. It’s all about strengthening and elongating your muscles. It’s my favorite!”
She Prioritizes Exercise
After ending her relationship with Southern Charm’s Craig Conover, Paige made a lot of changes to her life. On an episode of Giggly Squad, as reported by Bravo, Paige revealed that she’s now prioritizing exercise more. “I’ve only been single for a couple months, but already, just in terms of my single life [and] my own personal life, I never wanted to work out,” she explained. “Obviously you want to work out because you want to be hot or whatever. I never wanted to work out because I feel like I literally didn’t care about my body. I didn’t care if I was healthy. I didn’t care if I was strong. And then when I was single, I was like, Oh no, I have to stay alive. You know?”
She Has A Simple Skincare Routine
Paige has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed to People that she suffers from acne, and has found a simple routine to manage it. “I don’t have a crazy routine because a lot of the products I use in the morning and at night. So it’s not super intense. It’s not like 12 different steps and it’s manageable. And truly, just in two weeks I already felt a difference. And then your mood really does change.”
She Washes Her Face Each Morning
Paige shared more of her skincare secrets in an interview with Marie Claire. “The first thing I do is splash water on my face,” she says. “I’m actually not a morning face washer. My mom says that if you wash your face in the morning, it gets rid of all of the oils that were naturally coming out in the middle of the night. And I’m Italian, so I have a lot of those natural oils. I just do water in the morning and I feel like it’s good for my skin.”
She Practices Meditation
One thing Paige includes in her wellness routine is meditation. She tells E! News that she practices it every day. “I don’t have a specific mantra I tell myself everyday but I do try and meditate each day. If I had to answer I would say ‘everything happens for a reason’…Three things I absolutely try and do each day is meditate, check in on a friend to see how they are doing and call my mom before she calls me!”
