Gigi Hadid In Bikini Stuns For Her Havianas Collection

The modeled wore some of her pieces on Instagram.

Gigi Hadid has an extremely successful modeling career. She’s worked with brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Victoria’s Secret. Recently, Gigi launched her own bikini and swimsuit line with Havianas, and she modeled some pieces on Instagram. In one photo, she wore a red and white patterned bikini, and in another, she wore a sailor inspired white top with blue trim, a white hat with a blue star, and a black bottom. Gigi’s pieces are the perfect retro-inspired swimsuits for the summer. Here are 5 of her wellness secrets.

1

She Works With A Trainer

Gigi works with trainer Rob Piela to keep herself fit. He talked about what it’s like to work with the model to ELLE. “She’s fun, bubbly, energetic. She’s always on time and respectful. It’s just her whole persona. She’s not jaded in the slightest, which could have easily happened with her success. She’s just a really nice girl – a pleasure to be with.”

2

She Does Planks

Gigi has amazing abs. One thing she does to maintain them? Planks. Gigi did this video for Reebok, where she answered questions entirely in a plank. According to research from The Cleveland Clinic, planks have a lot of benefits. “Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine.”

3

She Reminds Herself To Workout

Gigi isn’t a fan of doing squats, but she still does them. She revealed on a panel for Reebok, via Women’s Health, that she has a trick for reminding herself to do squats. “I put a sticky note in my kitchen, and every time I walked past the squats sticky note, I had to do 15 squats. Its a good trick because it reminds you that you have to have integrity with yourself. No one else is watching, so I have to just do it for myself.”

4

She Boxes

Gigi is open about her love of boxing. “My boxing trainer has become my coach,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “The coach-player thing has been really important my whole life. My work ethic obviously comes from my parents, but it was really pounded into me by my coaches, so it’s key that I have that to feel good in the city and at home. They’re like my brothers. It’s great.”

5

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Gigi has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she doesn’t do too much to her face, which she inherited from her mom. “I think less is more. Doing too much for my skin or beauty routine can make it more complicated, and sometimes my skin can’t handle it. I think I’ll teach Khai to keep it simple when it comes to makeup, like my mom taught me.”
