Paris loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She even became a certified yoga teacher in 2019. Paris opened up about this in this Instagram post. "It's been exactly 2 years since I became yoga certified after 300 hours of training in Bali," she wrote in the caption. "This trip is hard to put into words, but to say the least, I went in without any idea of how much it would change my life. I miss all of my Gili girls & I'm so thankful for our time spent in the Shala, practicing yoga, learning about ourselves, sharing some tears, & lots & lots of dancing to some pretty questionable music choices."

She Swims

Paris spends a lot of time outside. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Paris shared this photo on Instagram of herself underwater. She captioned it, "Mentally here." Paris also posted these photos and one video of herself in a pool. She captioned that post, "Good for the soul." Lastly, she shared these photos of herself in a pool at a resort. Paris captioned them, "A little slice of heaven."


She Practices Self-Care

Paris is a big believer in practicing self-care. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram video of her doing yoga. "Self care is one of the greatest forms of self love. 💗Checking in, slowing down, & being grateful for every single bone in your body."


She Works Out At Home

Paris doesn't always have to go to the gym to work out. She likes to do at-home workouts. Paris revealed in the caption of this Instagram video that she takes virtual classes. In that video, she is seen doing a hot yoga class. She wrote, "At home Hot Yoga class brought to you by this summer sauna 🥵 phone overheated within minutes, so this is all I've got folks."

She Knows How To Get Through Rough Times

Paris knows how to deal with the rough times life throws at her. She talked about the importance of doing so, and what her process is in the caption of this Instagram yoga video.
