“Golden Barbie” Jasmine Sanders In Bikini Is Ready For “Summer”

Jasmine Sanders is one of the best swimsuit models out there. She’s known as the “Golden Barbie” and has done several collaborations with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Naturally, she appeared in the magazine’s 2025 edition, and wore a very tiny green halter bikini. Jasmine’s impressive figure was on display. She captioned an Instagram post of the shoot, “When I say I’m ready to be by a pool all summer – this is what I mean! 💦 @si_swimsuit 💦 #SISwim25 on stands now!!” Here are 5 of Jasmine Sanders’ secrets behind her impressive body and the photos to prove they work.
She Has A Routine
Jasmine shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with E! News. She says that having a wellness routine helps her stay consistent. “Trying to stick with a healthy diet and exercise routine is the best way to be prepared. Sticking with a routine allows for an ‘always ready’ mentality so when the time comes I won’t be stressed out trying to make drastic changes. The routine also helps me stay focused and maintain a clear state of mind.”
She Packs Workout Equipment With Her
Jasmine makes sure to stick with her routine when she travels. How does she do it? By always packing workout equipment in her luggage. “When I’m traveling I like to do my hotel workouts either in my room or the hotel gym,” she revealed to E! News. “I travel with a jump rope and resistance bands to make sure I’m always getting my workout.”
She Prioritizes Herself
Jasmine is all about practicing self-care. She tells E! News that one way she does so is by making herself a priority. Jasmine also encourages others to do the same thing. “I like to tell women and girls to make themselves a priority. No matter what life throws at you, you have to make sure that you take care of yourself. Self-care and self-love are so important when chasing your dreams.”
She Does Cardio
Jasmine loves doing cardio to keep herself in shape. She revealed her go-to cardio workouts in an interview with HollywoodLife. “When I’m home in LA, I like to work out in my home gym. I do 30 minutes on the Stairmaster fasted cardio every morning followed by long walks with my dogs…I like fast and fun cardio that gets your heart pumping, followed with some lunges, squats, jumping jacks, and whatever I can think of to break a nice sweat!”
She Works Her Legs
Jasmine has an amazing set of legs, and she makes sure to not skip leg day. Jasmine shared this set of videos on Instagram of herself and a friend doing different lower body workouts. In them, Jasmine is seen doing side leg lifts, squats, lunges, and step ups. She captioned the post, “It’s always more fun in the gym when you have a bad ass workout partner!
