Elisa Lobb Dzingel is a very successful influencer. She has a large following on Instagram. Elise’s content is mostly focused on her life as a golfer. However, she also shows off some of her favorite outfits. Elise shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself posing in a white activewear dress. Golf is obviously one way Elise keeps herself in shape. In one photo, Elise shared a homemade smoothie, which included spinach, flax seed, and banana. Elise enjoys eating rice to stay healthy. In her Instagram story highlight, she includes a lot of recipes with rice. Colorado State University reports that rice has a lot of health benefits. “Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates, the body’s main fuel source. Carbohydrates can keep you energized and satisfied, and are important for fueling exercise. Brown rice, especially, is an excellent source of many nutrients, including fiber, manganese, selenium, magnesium, and B vitamins. Dietary Guidelines suggest that at least half of your grains be from whole grains, and brown rice is considered a whole grain.”
She Loves Avocado

Elise loves avocado. She is seen enjoying homemade guacamole in her Instagram story highlight. Avocados have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They’re low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka ‘good’ fats.”

Elise makes sure to be consistent when it comes to her workouts. Even during the pandemic.
