Golf Star Paige Spiranac Stuns In Red At Happy Gilmore 2 Premiere

Paige Spiranac is one of the hottest names in golf right now, both when it comes to looks and skills. Naturally, this got her a cameo in the comedy golf film Happy Gilmore 2, alongside Adam Sandler. Paige also got to attend the premiere, and she made sure to look amazing. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shared a photo of herself on the red carpet on their Instagram. In it, Paige wore a tight deep red dress, which highlighted her figure. Want to know what keeps Paige Spiranac ready to walk a red carpet? Here are some of her skincare and exercise secrets, and the photos that prove they work.
She Prioritizes Skincare
Paige has amazing skin, so obviously she makes taking care of it a priority. “I felt that once my skin looked great, I felt more confident,” she explained in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “I was actually spending less money on makeup. Saving that money [and] investing it into really good skincare is going to save you down the road as well.”
She Wears SPF

Since Paige is out in the sun so much, she has to use a good SPF. “Supergoop [is my favorite] for SPF,” she says to Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “They make amazing products, and they’re great for wearing under makeup. For me, it’s all about making sure I prioritize my skin because I am outside all the time, and I feel like if I invest in that, then hopefully down the road it’ll benefit me in some way, hopefully.”
She Does Low Impact Workouts
Paige shares some of her favorite workouts on her YouTube channel. She doesn’t always do super-hard workouts. In this video, Paige shared her go-to low-impact workouts, which included kettlebell swings and tricep pushdowns. Paige captioned the video, “This is my favorite low-impact workout that I do all the time! It’s great if you want to be a little more gentle on your joints, want something to do on a recovery day, or are in an apartment or somewhere you don’t want to be jumping around making a lot of noise. You’ll need some kind of resistance band and ideally a kettle bell, although you can also just hold on to the ends of a dumbbell if that’s not an option.”
She Does Squats
In this video on her YouTube channel, Paige shared some of her favorite lower body workouts. One thing she is seen doing is squats with a barbell. Another thing she is seen doing is split squats. According to Piedmont, squats of all kinds have a lot of health benefits. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, says that squats exercise multiple muscle groups, which make them so effective. “When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”
She Does Deadlifts
In the previous YouTube video, Paige is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell. According to The National Institute for Fitness and Sport, deadlifts have a lot of benefits. “Deadlifts, as another part of the big three essential power lifts, are an ideal functional exercise because they simulate picking things up from the ground safely. This exercise targets the posterior chain, including the lower body, glutes, and hamstrings, which are all activated especially when lifting a heavy object.”
