Paige Spiranac is one of the most prominent female golfing influencers out there. She has a YouTube channel and a podcast, Playing A Round with Paige. She recently posted a reel on Instagram of herself at the driving range. She captioned the post, “It’s scientifically proven that you’ll hit it farther if you wear spandex. I don’t make the rules.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paige Spiranac stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Golfs

Golf is naturally the main way Spiranac stays in shape. Circle Health Group states that golf has a lot of benefits. “Golf is a sport that teaches accuracy, focus and concentration. It also encourages creativity and creative thinking, such as the foresight to visualise where and how far your shot will go. Hand-eye coordination is essential in golf – as is knowing where your ball landed. The course can often be a quieter place to learn these skills, without the roar of a crowd or the umpire's whistle to distract you. Golfing is a fairly active pastime, and getting your circulation going means more blood is pumped to your brain. There's been plenty of research into how playing golf affects how you think. Repeated swings improve your muscle memory, and navigating a course gives you a greater sense of distance and depth.”

2. She Believes In Intuitive Eating

Spiranac opened up about her diet and approach to eating on Instagram. She says that she believes in moderation when it comes to food. Spiranac says that this is why she practices intuitive eating. “Right now, I feel like I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been, and so for me, it’s intuitive eating and not restricting myself... If I want to have something, I’ll have it. Always in moderation.”

3. She Does A Variety Of Things

Spiranac shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape on Instagram. She says that she does a variety of exercises. “I’ve been lifting, I’ve been doing Pilates, yoga, cycling... I think that’s fun to keep it interesting and different, so like trying new things, listening to your body and seeing what works for you.”

4. She’s Confident

Spiranac loves to do photoshoots and post them on social media. On an episode of her podcast, she talked about feeling confident when she does revealing shoots. “The things that I love the most are the sexy content,” she stated. “I love shooting that, that’s something that I feel comes way more naturally to me, I love the end product of it, I love going through all of the pictures, and I feel my most confident when I am sexy.”

5. She Does Squats

Spiranac shared some of her favorite exercises in this video on her YouTube channel. One thing she likes to do is kettlebell squats. Piedmont.org states that squats are a great exercise. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you’re working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”
