Gracie Hunt is proving once again that fitness and grace go hand in hand. The influencer and Kansas City Chiefs heiress recently took to Instagram to share her “Full Body Bosu Blast,” showcasing a dynamic workout that highlights her strength and dedication. With precision and poise, Hunt moves through an intense series of exercises using a Bosu ball, offering tips to her followers on maintaining core engagement and perfect form. Her caption? Packed with motivation and practical advice for anyone looking to up their fitness game. Wondering how she keeps her body so fit and strong? Let’s dive into Hunt’s go-to wellness secrets.

She Uses A Bosu Ball

Hunt is seen using a bosu ball in her Instagram video. According to Fitness Advisory, using one of these has a lot of health benefits. “When the BOSU ball is positioned with the domed side facing the floor, it becomes an unstable surface, perfect for balance training. Using gym equipment during workouts usually means that you are constantly pushing or pulling on handles. Using the BOSU ball however will force you to stabilize your muscles as you go through the routine. This will improve balance while working the core muscles throughout the entire routine. This is a great way to make workouts more challenging.”

She Does Core Exercises

Gracie Hunt does jackknifes for her core.

Gracie Hunt/Instagram

Hunt is seen doing a lot of core exercises in her Instagram video. In it, she does exercises like jackknifes and Russian twists. Harvard Health states that core exercises have a lot of benefits. “Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. No matter where motion starts, it ripples upward and downward to adjoining links of the chain. Thus, weak or inflexible core muscles can impair how well your arms and legs function. And that saps power from many of the moves you make. Properly building up your core cranks up the power. A strong core also enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other activities. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do.”

She Does Glute Bridges

Gracie Hunt is seen doing glute bridges.

Gracie Hunt/Instagram

Hunt is seen doing glute bridges in her Instagram video. NASM states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Runs

Hunt likes to run to keep herself in shape. This Thanksgiving, she participated in a Turkey Trot. Hunt shared these highlights from the race on Instagram. She captioned it, “All the turkeys trotted! 🦃🏃🏼♀️ Grateful to be with my people & to run my first registered race since my foot injury two years ago. 🫶🏼 Finished 8 miles in 57 minutes & had a blast doing it! 🤗 Today and every day, let’s find the joy and gratitude in all things—big and small. I hope that you have a blessed Thanksgiving with those who mean the most to you! 🧡🍁”

She Plays Pickleball

Hunt likes to play pickleball to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself on the court on Instagram. Renown Health states that pickleball has a lot of health benefits. “Hitting and receiving the ball can help improve your hand-eye coordination and balance. It helps your mind stay sharp, supports cognitive function and builds footwork skills. Moving your whole body during the game allows your joints to stay flexible.”

Gracie Hunt is following rainbows – in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit during an African getaway. “Angel’s Pool 😇 or Devil’s Pool 😈? There are two pools on the precipice of Victoria Falls. They flank a tiny piece of land called Livingston Island and when the Zambezi River isn’t at high season, you can swim right on the edge of life or death. It’s one of the most awesome and terrifying things I’ve ever seen. I followed the rainbow and it led me to my choice…which one do you think it was?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gracie Hunt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Her Diet Is Healthy

2023 Kelce JamBarry Brecheisen/Getty Images

Gracie maintains a healthy diet, starting with fat-burning breakfast. “I am breakfast obsessed!” she said in one of her blogs. “The first meal of the day kick starts your metabolism and helps to provide the energy and focus needed to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed berry smoothie bowl and a vegan matcha latte. She follows it with a “nutritious lunch” that helps “reduce stress and provides the fuel your body needs to take on the afternoon work grind,” she added. “I like to keep my energy up with a sweet potato & quinoa salad with turmeric-coated cauliflower on the side,” she writes. As for snacks she slices up some tomatoes and pairs them with light mozzarella, and “just a splash” of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. “Don’t underestimate the power of snacks,” she says. At the end of the day she enjoys a replenishing meal. “Dinner is an important part of the day, it makes up for the nutrients that may have been missed during the day. That’s why I eat something that is packed with protein, like a salad with shrimp and lentils,” she writes. And no, she doesn’t skip dessert. “ Since I do have a sweet tooth, I love a dessert that is delicious and satisfies my craving but is also somewhat healthy. I love making this simple one-ingredient banana ice cream. Plus, no ice cream maker needed for this rich and silky delight!”

2. She Does Yoga

"Outer Banks" Season 3 Premiere - Red CarpetGetty Images

Gracie is seriously into yoga. “Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It’s no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I’m hungry!” she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. She Does Short But Intense Workouts

HIIT workouts are one of Gracie’s “favorite” workouts. “They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at a time, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & don’t quit!”

4. She Is a Runner

Gracie is a runner and has even completed two marathons. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. She Stretches in the Morning

Gracia does Kayla Itsines’ morning stretch video every morning after she eats breakfast. “Stretching is essential for recovery and is a great way to get your body moving in the morning!” she says.

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
