Gwyneth Paltrow has an amazing figure, and she loves showing it off. Since it’s swimsuit season, Gwyneth is making sure to take advantage of it. In a recent Instagram carousel post, she included a photo of herself in a black one-piece swimsuit, sunhat, and sunglasses. Gwyneth’s body was on display in it. She Intermittent Fasts

Gwyneth shared some of her diet secrets in an interview on TikTok, as reported by StyleCaster. She says that she intermittently fasts, and will break it with soup.  “I usually eat something about 12, and in the morning I’ll have some things that won’t spike my blood sugar, so I have coffee, but I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch.”

She Loves Vegetables

Gwyneth makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She revealed in her TikTok, via StyleCaster, that she includes a lot of vegetables in her diet. “Then for dinner, I try to eat, you know, according to paleo, so lots of vegetables. It’s really important for me to support my detox.”

She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Gwyneth opened up about her workout routine on her Instagram Story, as reported by The Independent. She says that she makes sure to workout on a regular basis.”I do something six days a week, but with a lot less intensity than I used to,” she said. “Even just going for an hour walk, or like now, I’m walking around our giant Goop office. I usually take multiple spins around to stretch my legs.”

She Cooks

Gwyneth loves to cook meals for herself and her family. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this post, she made a tuna salad for herself and her husband. Gwyneth captioned it, “I’ve been making a version of Brad’s favorite summer tuna salad for years. It’s fresh, simple, and now you can get it at @goopkitchen.” Gwyneth also shared this video of herself making steak and eggs, and captioned it, “My take on Korean steak and eggs – made with love, a little heat, and packed with flavor.”

Gwyneth makes sure to take care of her skin, and she uses a lot of her own products on it.
