Gwyneth Paltrow is an actress and wellness maven. She won an Oscar for her role in Shakespeare In Love. She also won an Emmy for her role on the second season of Glee. Paltrow is also a wellness maven, and has the brand Goop. She recently shared a photo of a Skims outfit on her Instagram story, captioning it, “#WellnessWednesday before a break.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gwyneth Paltrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Walks

Paltrow shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. In it, she talked about one of her favorite ways to stay in shape. “I also love to walk,” Paltrow revealed. “I walk and walk and walk! Someone once said to me ‘walking brings the soul and the body together,’ and I really believe that.”

2. She Gets Facial Treatments Done

Paltrow shared her skincare secrets in her Vogue interview. She says that she likes to have different treatments done to her face. “I used to get facials regularly, especially when I lived in London, with Anastasia Achilleos, but I haven’t seen her since before the Covid-19 pandemic,” Paltrow said. “I really love a facial massage, [lymphatic] drainage, and working the muscles, as opposed to lasers. I’m a little freaked out about using lasers on the face, and I’ve seen weird results on certain people. It feels risky. Once in a while, I’ll do a facial with red light for inflammation or something like that. We also sell the Lyma laser at Goop—it’s really good and gentle, so I’ll do that.”

3. She Embraces Herself

In her Vogue interview, Paltrow talked about the importance of embracing her changing looks. “As women, we want to be healthy, we want to be aging,” she said. “This idea that we’re supposed to be frozen in time is so weird. I love it when I hear somebody like Andie MacDowell, with her beautiful grey curls, talking about embracing aging and the difference between how we handle a George Clooney [compared to how most women are perceived]. It’s handsome to go grey [as a man], but for women, it’s like, ‘What do you plan to do about your wrinkles and your aging skin?’ There’s definitely a double standard. But again, we want to be aging! I think we want to be setting examples of how you can age. Every woman should do it how they want to do it. Some women want to address every single thing aesthetically, and some women want to be a fabulous French grandmother who doesn’t ever do anything. Everybody should be empowered to do it how they want to.”

4. She Loves Baths

To wind down, Paltrow likes to take baths. She shared her favorite bath products in her interview with Vogue. “We made a bath product at Goop that I love, which is called the Martini—it has oils and different salts in it,” she said. “There’s a brand called Bathorium that I use, as well as Pursoma. I like to mix up the bath salts and make it a really sensual experience. Very, very hot water and stay in it for 20 or 30 minutes.”

5. She Works Out Regularly

GwynGwyneth Paltrow/Instagram

Paltrow makes working out a priority in her life. She revealed in an Ask Me Anything series that she exercises regularly. “I do something six days a week, but with a lot less intensity than I used to,” Paltrow explained. “Even just going for an hour walk, or like now, I’m walking around our giant Goop office. I usually take multiple spins around to stretch my legs. But I try to do something – a little something – every day.”

1. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Paltrow makes sure to eat healthy, but she also believes in balance. She talked about her diet to Women’s Health. “I have a pretty healthy diet, so when I’m eating processed foods and not watching my alcohol intake, I feel it,” she explained. “But at the same time, you want deliciousness, you want a fun life—pleasure! You’re going to have a baguette-and-cheese-and-red-wine frenzy sometimes—but you want it to be a choice you’re awake to: ‘I know this might not make me feel great, but today I’m choosing it anyway.’”

2. She Walks

Paltrow shared some of her favorite ways to stay fit to Vogue. “I also love to walk—I walk and walk and walk! Someone once said to me ‘walking brings the soul and the body together,’ and I really believe that.” Harvard Health states that walking can help you eat a better diet. “Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight. Among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half.”

3. She Has Wellness Treatments Done

Paltrow shared some of her favorite wellness treatments to Vogue. “For so much of my life, I pushed the boundaries – people thought acupuncture and using a sauna was crazy, and now everything I use, everyone’s doing it. I don’t think there’s anything too ‘out there’ [for me]. I’m very into my sauna and cold plunge pool, exercise, hydration… but nothing that’s considered cutting-edge at this point. Now, everybody talks about all of this stuff!”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Paltrow has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She even uses her own line of skincare products. Paltrow shared her routine to Harper’s Bazaar. “In the morning, I've been putting it on after [my] workout and shower. If you really want the whole kit and caboodle, when I'm in the shower, I use the Goopglow Cloudberry Exfoliating Cleanser, which is a foamy delicious cleanser that also has some exfoliating beads in it. And then, when I get out, my skin's dry, I use the Sleep Milk, and then our face oil. At night, I use Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator when I'm in the bath, and I use Sleep Milk on the skin first. And then, the Goop Genes Moisturizer, and then I put on lip balm. I've got a very good little routine going, and I feel very happy with how it's working.”

5. She Eats Early

Gwyneth.PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow/Instagram

Paltrow revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to eat early. “I feel like eating early is a really important part of my sleep routine. There's a lot of evidence that suggests that if you go to bed on a full stomach, you don't sleep as well. So that's why I eat dinner at six o'clock—all my friends kind of make fun of me. And then, I always have tea at night, like a sleepy-time tea. I love drinking herbs that get your head relaxed and your body feeling settled.”

1. She Likes to Feel Her Best for Big Events

A Dreamy Evening With GoopglowBryan Bedder/Getty Images

“If I have a big event coming up, I like to make sure I'm doing lots of cardiovascular exercise, lots of sweat, lots of scrubbing. I'm a big believer in enjoying your life. But if you have a something specific that you're trying to get ready for, or just once a year, I really like to do a good detox for maintenance. So I've basically tried everything from a one day gallbladder flush fast to a seven week nightmare. It's great for eliminating bloat and firming your skin and just feeling your best,” she told Net-a-Porter.

2. This is How She Keeps Her Hair Healthy

“Nutrition is a really important component of having healthy hair, fish oil. If you take fish oil, it's good for your hair. And also I'm a big believer in old-fashioned hair, brushing, stimulating the scalp and really getting the oils through to the ends of the hair. I think that's a good way to keep your hair healthy,” she told Net-a-Porter.

3. Life is Getting Sweeter as She Turns 50

Harper's Bazaar Exhibtion At Musee Des Arts Decoratifs In ParisPascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

“On September 27, I’ll turn 50. As I sit here contemplating this idea in the late summer morning, no moisture in the air, breeze moving only the tops of the trees, I strangely have no sense of time passed. I am as connected to this feeling of longing, of promise—promise of the fall, of something ebbing—as I was 30 years ago. I understand on some level that life is linear, that I have lived x number of days thus far and I have more in the basket under my arm than I do in the field before me. But there is something about the sweetness of life that exists deep within me that is unchanged, that will not change. It is the essence of the essence. It seems to be getting sweeter,” she wrote in this great Goop essay this week.

4. Here’s How She Wants to Live Going Forward

“I would like to slow down. I would like to retreat a little bit. I would like to make my circle smaller. I would like to cook dinner more. I would like to see misunderstandings become understandings. I would like to continue to open the deepest part of myself to my husband, even though it scares me. I would like to sing more, even if it’s just in the shower. I would like to tell anyone that had a negative experience with me that I am sorry. I would like to fully acknowledge myself. I am imperfect, I can shut down and turn to ice, I have no patience, I swear at other drivers, I don’t close my closet doors, I lie when I don’t want to hurt feelings. I am also generous and funny. I am smart and brave. I am a searcher, and I can bring you along on my quest for meaning. When I love you, you will feel it encompass you through time and space and till the end of the earth. I am all of it,” she wrote.

5. She Started Goop to Connect With People

“It's scary to leave infrastructure or like a whole system, where there's so much scaffolding, where you're like, okay, I know my place here. I felt like when I was acting a lot, it was an amazing career and I got to travel to all these amazing places and make out with Jude Law and and Ethan Hawke…and Robert Downey as well,” she said ot laughs. “But I did feel sort of like I had this other calling like this other passion and I really wanted to give myself the agency to pursue it. And though it was scary, I kind of felt like I had my, I had my kid, my first child and… in the acting world, you kind of go for three months and you're traveling and you're on set all day. And I didn't think it was really conducive to being a new mom and I kind of stepped away and then started kind of like contemplating what I could do in the lifestyle space or how I could connect people to things that might be valuable to them. And how could I impact lives in a way that felt more immediate to me and more meaningful to me. And so I kind of like went from there,” she said at Side X Side.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”
