Hailey Bieber in Bikini Is a “Lemontini Ballerini”

Here are her diet and fitness habits

Hailey Bieber is looking anything but basic in a black bikini. In a recent social post, the model and beauty mogul shows off her incredible body in a skimpy swimsuit while dropping her new yellow Rhode collection. “Lemontini ballerini 🍋🍸,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “HOTTTT,” commented Alix Earle.  “I love the lemon🍋 definitely will be buying this,” added another follower. How does the 28-year-old approach health and wellness? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.

1

She Gets Massages

Hailey understands the benefits of massage therapy. “Growing up dancing ballet helped me be more aware of how important it is to take care of your body — and I mean everything in terms of stretching, going to the gym and getting stronger,” she told Marie Claire. “I regularly visit a physical therapist and get massages to take care of my muscles.”

She Meditates

Hailey prays and meditates. “I’m super big on meditation,” she told W Magazine. “I like to meditate and do breath work. I read a book a couple of years ago that helped me a lot with anxiety. It was called Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation. It was all about having different visualizations and breathing techniques to help with mental state, depression, and anxiety. I’ll always go to try to find the route where you can work on your mental state naturally, because I think that’s always possible. Homeopathically is the way I approach anything first.”

She Eats Clean

Hailey eats clean. “I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body,” she told ELLE.com. She limits gluten and sugar and eats as plant-based as possible. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.” Her diet involves “a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she told Byrdie. “I just feel better when I eat that way.”

What She Eats in a Day

Hailey dished about her diet to Elle. “On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie,” she said. “Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don’t really eat a lot of gluten so I’m trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That’s usually one thing I leave out.” And for her last meal? “Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]—some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten free pasta. Chicken, maybe. Sometimes [I’ll do dessert]. I really like the Magnum bars, obviously that’s a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar’s a big one for everyone, I think.”

She Does Lots of Workouts

Hailey is all about exercising. In addition to strength training at The Dogpound, doing exercises like a sled pull, pull-ups, kettlebell squats, plank pikes, landmine squats, and mountain climbers, she takes pilates classes. “I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That’s probably my favorite workout,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.  “I also recently started to box for some cardio,” she added. “I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health.”
