Hailie Jade is living it up at her bachelorette party – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post Eminem’s daughter shows off her insane figure in a white bathing suit while partying with her pals in Florida. “Tampa baes,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “This ain't TX, WOOOOO🤞🏼❤️ the best time celebrating you,” one of her friends commented. “Ohhhh so fun!!! Enjoy every moment!!!” added another. She also posted a photo golfing, which she described as not "stress-free." How does the influencer approach diet and fitness? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

1. Find Activities You Love

Hailie is all about finding outdoor activities that also help blast calories. “If you’re looking for a stress-free way to spend your free time, i don’t recommend picking up golf as a hobby,” she joked in a caption. According to the British Journal of Sports Medicine golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Lift Weights

Hailie.JadeHailie Jade/Instagram

Hailie regularly hits the gym and does strength training workouts. Her sessions involve multiple reps and sets of various strength and weight training moves. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

3. Fuel Up with Healthy Food

Hailie’s approach to diet is fueling her body with healthy food. She loves fruit, granola bowls, and smoothies. She especially loves this creamy strawberry smoothie, a blend of protein, fruit and greens, “that tastes too good to have all that in it,” she wrote. “I personally struggle finding smoothie recipes i like bc i want the health without it tasting like complete health 🤣 so this is my take on that- enjoy!!!”

4. Drink Coffee in Moderation

Hailie drinks coffee. “Working hard or drinking 5 cups of coffee & staring at my computer, " she joked in a caption. The Cleveland Clinic explains that there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

5. Take Supplements

In order to reach her nutritional goals, Hailie takes supplements. “With fitness as my main goal I take rhodiola and ashwagandha for energy and endurance support,” she explained in an Instagram Story. “I also get whey protein to help support muscle recovery and getting more protein in my diet.”

Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade, is all grown up and celebrating her fit figure! The 25-year-old shared a series of snaps to her Instagram account, showing off her strong and curvy physique in a bikini. “Aye aye captain,” she captioned the photos taken on a boat. How does the rapper’s daughter stay in such great shape? According to her social media account, she is completely dedicated to diet and fitness. 1. She Stays Accountable

Hailie keeps herself accountable by sharing her workouts with her fans under a tab tiled FITFAM. “As things are starting to get a bit less chaotic/anxious i’m going to try to slowly get back into somewhat of a routine & start sharing that with you! not exactly sure what that will look like yet but at the very least i will be pushing my butt to workout! So keep an eye on my stories if you need some motivation because i know i certainly could use some lately,” she vowed early in the pandemic.

2. Her Workouts Are Hardcore

Each of her workouts is more hardcore than the next, featuring multiple reps and sets of various strength and weight training moves. “For most people, a single set of 12 to 15 repetitions with the proper weight can build strength and improve fitness as effectively as can multiple sets of the same exercise. The important point is to exercise your muscles to fatigue — meaning that you can't lift any more with that muscle group. When you do this, you stimulate factors in the muscle that contribute to improved muscle strength and growth. And one set performed to muscle fatigue provides you with almost all the same benefits as a multiset program,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Fuels Up on Healthy Produce

Hailie is all about healthy eating. Under a FUEL tab on her Instagram account she regularly shares some of her favorite snacks, which include fruit, yummy granola bowls and smoothies. “Who doesn't love a smoothie? It's one of the best ways to make a colorful (and super easy) culinary creation,” says Eat This, Not That! “On the other hand, it can also be the perfect excuse to use up a bag of spinach, the last scoop of peanut butter in the jar, and the rest of that carton of almond milk in the fridge.”

4. She Is Into Supplements

Sport,Diet,Nutrition,And,Fitness,Equipment,Stone,Background,Top,ViewShutterstock

The influencer also believes in the power of supplements. “With fitness as my main goal I take rhodiola and ashwagandha for energy and endurance support,” she explained in one of her stories. “I also get whey protein to help support muscle recovery and getting more protein in my diet.” “Whey protein might help speed muscle recovery after intense exercise,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Whey protein — typically in the form of a powder — can be added to liquids or soft foods, such as applesauce, or blended with ice and fresh fruit to make a smoothie.”

5. She Exercises Outdoors

https://https://www.instagram.com/p/COijVh3H2jf/

Hailie doesn’t just get her exercise done in the gym. The influencer also loves going on walks and hikes. “Outdoor exercise provides a mental health boost beyond that of indoor gyms,” says the ACE. “Moving outdoors has been shown to reduce anger and depression and improve mood. Exposure to sunlight enhances vitamin D production, which may be partially responsible for this mood-enhancing effect. You don’t have to run a marathon or crush an outdoor boot camp to reap the benefit. Even low-intensity activities, like walking or gardening, will do. For a quick afternoon pick-me-up, head outside for a 15-minute walk break, and return to work feeling energized.”

Haley Cavinder is an extremely successful basketball player. She and her twin sister, Hanna, are also social media and fitness influencers. They even have their own fitness program. Cavinder recently enjoyed a trip to Santa Lucia with her boyfriend, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In it, she and her boyfriend spent time at the beach and on a boat. She captioned the post, “All is well.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Haley Cavinder stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Plays Basketball

Naturally, basketball is the main way Cavinder stays fit. According to Ontherightpath.org, basketball has a lot of health benefits. “Basketball involves aerobic exercise, promoting heart and lung health, and enhancing cardiovascular function. Regular participation in basketball helps burn calories, contributing to healthy weight management and reducing the risk of obesity.”

2. She Golfs

Basketball isn’t the only sport Cavinder enjoys. She also likes to play golf. Cavinder shared these three photos and one video of herself on the course. She captioned the post, “Drive for show, putt for dough.” Keiser University states that golf has a lot of health benefits. “One of the most significant health benefits of playing golf is its positive impact on cardiovascular health. A typical round of golf involves walking several miles, especially if the player opts to forgo a golf cart and carries their clubs. This low-impact aerobic exercise increases heart rate and improves blood circulation, promoting cardiovascular fitness. Regular golfing can help reduce the risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, and enhance the body’s ability to utilize oxygen efficiently, leading to an overall improvement in your health.”

3. She Strength Trains

Cavinder and her twin share a lot of their workouts on their joint Instagram. One thing they like to do is strength train. In this video, the twins and their mom are seen doing upper body workouts with weights. New Mexico State University reports that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Regular strength training lowers the risk of having limitations in daily activities due to a lack of muscular fitness. These daily activities might include carrying children or groceries, climbing up and down stairs, moving furniture or heavy boxes, engaging in sporting activities or hiking, and even standing for long periods of time.”

4. She Works Out With Others

As you can see from the previous post, Cavinder likes to hit the gym with others. The CDC reports that working out with a loved one has a lot of benefits. “When you work out with a partner, you’re likely to: 1. Feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other, you’ll work harder (and get better results!). And there’s nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. 2. Be more adventurous. It’s easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout. 3. Be more consistent. When someone else is counting on you to show up, you won’t want to let them down.”

5. She Works Her Lower Body

Cavinder, and her twin, don’t skip leg day. They shared this video of themselves doing lower body workouts on their Instagram. In it, they are seen doing squats with weights, side leg lifts with weights, and hamstring curls. They captioned the post, “Mondays are 4 the GLUTESS. Make sure to join the waitlist in our bio for our 6 week program launching soon 🫶🏋️‍♀️💞”

In it, she is in front of a mirror and is seen wearing a white swimsuit top and pants. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Aubrey Paige stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Golfs

Paige shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is golf. She shared these photos of herself on the course, captioning them, “Full swing.” In the first photo in her birthday tribute for Ryan Seacrest, the couple are seen golfing. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Runs

Paige has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her wellness routine. One thing she likes to do is run on the treadmill. This has a lot of health benefits. Better Health states, “Running can: Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise. Strengthen muscles. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Burn plenty of kilojoules. Help maintain a healthy weight.”

3. She Works Out Before The Holidays

Prior to the holidays, Paige makes sure to really be healthy. She shared her process in the caption of this Instagram post. “Happy Hump day 💪🏼🏋️‍♂️ With the holidays right around the corner I’ve been using this week to cleanse in preparation for all of the indulging 😉Which of course means plenty of green juices and dancing in the gym 😝💃 What are y’all doing to stay healthy through the holiday season?”

4. She Boxes

Pink.Shutterstock

Paige is a big fan of boxing as a way to stay in shape. In her Health Instagram story highlight, she and a friend are seen with boxing gloves. She also talked about boxing in the previous Instagram post. “I’ve recently taken up boxing along with my daily cardio & gym circuits…Let me tell you it is truly a killer in the best way!! I like to try and make my workouts as fun as possible.”

5. She Works Her Legs

Paige makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Goodmorningggggg have we worked out today??? On Wednesdays we booty pump 🤘🏼if you’re bored w your regular routine or intimidated by all the equipment in the gym… This workout was a creative, fun way to switch things up! Not only did we accomplish glute and hamstring isolation for that perfect pump that we want but we also activated our entire leg for that lean muscle tone at the same time 💪🏼 Have a great day y’all enjoy your time in the gym.”

Odeya Rush is hitting golf balls at the range. In a new social media post the Cha Cha Real Smooth star shows off her fit figure – and her swing – while golfing. “First day out here,” she wrote about the photo, swinging her golf club. How does the star, 26, approach mental and physical health? Here is everything you need to know about her health and wellness routine.

1. She Reads

Uttarakhand,,India,-,September,11,,2023:,You,Can,Heal,YourShutterstock

Odeya is a reader “I really like Louise Hay. I love her books and her audio,” she told Byrdie. “Sometimes when I wake up in the morning and I’m stressed, I need just to be reminded of how you control your own thoughts and how you can take this thought and shift it into a positive place. So yeah, I love Louise Hay. She’s really helped me. And really just watching what you’re saying to yourself, because so quickly you can wind up in a really negative place out of nowhere and your thoughts just spiral. So when bad thoughts come up, I try as much as I can to cancel them out with something positive or to shift my focus to something else, because the more I do it the more I know it’ll be a habit for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

2. She Doesn’t Focus on Her Flaws

Odeya.Rush.2Odeya Rush/Instagram

Odeya “struggled with acne for a long time,” but learned how to deal with it. “I had pimples here and there growing up, but at 20 years old, I developed a face full of acne. When you're working and constantly having to be on camera, it can bring you down because a part of you wants to cover it up — but the more makeup you put on, the worse you're making it. My acne started calming down last year, but I still get blemishes,” she confessed to Refinery 29. “It's about looking in the mirror and not focusing on it. Repeating the affirmation that I have clear skin has helped me. With acne, you think everybody is looking at it, but it's not as big of a deal as you're making it in your head.”

3. She Goes for Hikes

Rush loves getting outdoors and going for a hike. “Oh no they put the boy in nature,” she captioned a snap from Sedona. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance and heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

4. She Walks on the Beach

Odeya is a walker and loves taking a nice walk in the heat. “I do better in the heat, let’s just say that! I grew up in a very, very hot climate. I’m just better in the heat, I get cold super easily,” she told Byrdie. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. Golfing

Odeya.RushOdeya Rush/Instagram

In her latest post, Odeya shows off her golf skills. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Jaye Marie Green, an accomplished LPGA golfer, is back on the course after welcoming her baby daughter. Balancing motherhood and her professional career, Green recently shared an adorable moment on Instagram, where her daughter Paisley made some playful noises during her swing. “Paisley making some valid swing suggestions,” she captioned the post, giving her followers a glimpse into her life as a new mom and golfer. Known for her dedication to fitness, Green incorporates a range of exercises, from weightlifting to lunges, into her training routine to stay in top shape for her sport. Here's how Green maintains her fitness and well-being, both on and off the golf course.

1. She Golfs

Golf is the main way Green stays in shape, and it has a lot of health benefits. Better Health states, “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Lifts Weights

Green shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is lift weights. Green shared this video of herself using a barbell. ACE Fitness states that using weights has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

3. She Does Deadlifts

Jaye Marie Green.3Jaye Marie Green/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Green is seen doing deadlifts. NASM states that the workout has a lot of benefits. “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts.”

4. She Does Lunges

Green likes to do lunges to stay in shape. She is seen doing them in this Instagram post. ACE Fitness states that lunges are extremely effective. “They’re a form of unilateral training, which means you’re working only one limb or side of the body at a time. And unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

5. She Has A Dog

Green has two dogs, whom she features on her Instagram. According to Harvard Health, having a dog has a lot of benefits. “Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training
