1. She Plays Basketball
Cavinder and her twin sister are college athletes. They played basketball at the University of Miami. Playing basketball has a lot of health benefits. While not renowned as an aerobic sport, it is still a great workout that can help you: Burn calories (an hour of basketball can burn 630–750 calories). Build endurance. Improve balance and coordination. Develop concentration and self-discipline. Build up muscle.”
2. She Works Her Legs
Cavinder and her sister have their own YouTube channel, where they share different things about their life. In this video, they detail their go-to workouts for the week. Cavinder and her sister don’t skip leg day. In it, they are seen doing exercises like fire hydrants and leg presses with a weight.
3. She Weight Trains
One thing Cavinder does to stay in shape is weight train. In her and her sister’s YouTube video, they are seen using weights in different workouts. The Mayo Clinic says that weight and strength training have a lot of benefits, including weight management. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”
4. She Plays Golf
Basketball isn’t the only sport Cavinder enjoys. She’s also an avid golfer. Cavinder posted these photos and video of herself on the course on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Golfer Han…Is still in progress.” Better Health states that golf has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”
5. She Runs
Cavinder makes sure to do cardio workouts. In her YouTube video, she and her sister are seen going for a jog in their neighborhood. Running has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise. Strengthen muscles. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Burn plenty of kilojoules. Help maintain a healthy weight.”
