Hannah Ann Sluss Honeymoons in Switzerland and Shares Her Fitness Tips

Hannah Ann Sluss is honeymooning – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer shares details about her dream vacation in Switzerland. “Honeymoon Vlog ⛰️✈️🇨🇭this was by far our FAVORITE day of the trip! we loved all the outdoor activities,” she captioned the post, adding the hashtags #honeymoon #switzerland and #travel. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Strength Training

Hannah relies on strength training to stay in shape. She does lots of combination moves to work multiple muscles at once, resistance cables and bands to intensify moves and lots of weights and kettlebells. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

2. Pilates

Pilates are also part of Hannah’s routine. She loves doing workouts on the reformer. “Might be sore today, but stronger tomorrow,” she wrote in an Instagram caption. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

3. Prioritizing Mental Health

“My health journey has had its ups + downs,” Hannah wrote in a post. “I started modeling at a young age and felt the pressure to look a certain way.. fit the mold that my agents or clients wanted. But by far I am my own worst critic... one of my goals is to not be so hard on myself. I am constantly working towards that goal everyday, its not something you achieve overnight! I realized that being healthy isn’t just physical, it’s also mental, spiritual, and ultimately loving yourself to not listen to those negative voices in your own head! Give yourself some grace and know that you are beautiful and strong! I hope to share more of my fitness journey with you all! “

4. Tennis, Pickleball, Golf

Hannah also enjoys tennis, pickleball, and golf. “Ace, Ace, Baby 😎 Took my first pickle ball lesson and fell in love with it 💜 If you haven’t tried it, definitely give it a swing lol!!” she captioned one recent post.

5. Hiking

Hannah went hiking on her honeymoon in Switzerland. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
