1. Jet Skiing

Hannah enjoys jet skiing. “🐠🪼🐬” she captioned an Instagram post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

2. Snowboarding

In the winter, you can find Hannah snowboarding. Here she is in Whistler, Canada. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

3. Kayaking

Another watersport Hannah loves? Kayaking. Here she is on the water in Colorado. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

4. Horseback Riding

Hannah loves horses and is always down to go riding. “heart is full 🐴🌻🤎✨,” she captioned a post of herself on horseback. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. Biking

Hannah enjoys biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance, according to Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis. “autumn in colorado,” she captioned a post.

Hannah White, a dynamic fitness influencer, embraces unique experiences that come with her career, from thrilling workouts to unforgettable events. Recently, she attended a Red Bull event in Brooklyn, capturing the excitement and camaraderie on Instagram. “So so grateful to live a life like this ❤️ Met the most amazing people and made the best memories thanks to @redbullusa 🪽” she shared. White’s approach to fitness is multifaceted—she keeps things fresh with a mix of sports, from basketball to wakesurfing and Pilates, always seeking new ways to stay active and engaged. Here’s a deeper dive into her favorite ways to stay fit and her wellness secrets.

1. She Plays Basketball

White likes to play basketball to keep herself in shape. She included a video of herself shooting hoops in her Instagram post. White also shared this video on her page of herself and a friend on the court. Basketball has a lot of health benefits. Fitness Advisory states, “Basketball requires you to jump while playing, as well as running back and forth multiple times. In a basketball game, you rely on your body positioning and the ability to maintain that position when an opponent is pushing against you. This is why playing basketball can strengthen all parts of your body, especially your core muscles, neck, lower back, and arms.”

2. She Wakesurfs

White likes to try a lot of new sports, and shares her experiences on her Instagram. One thing White tried was wakesurfing. She shared this video on her page of herself and her friends wake surfing in Miami. White captioned the post, “Attempted wakesurfing for the first time and let’s just say you could call me a pro…😎”

3. She Does Pilates

White likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a lesson with an instructor. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”

4. She Works With A Trainer

Hannah White.4Hannah White/Instagram

As you can see in the previous Instagram post, White likes to work with a trainer to help herself stay fit. ACE Fitness states that doing this has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

5. She Does Cold Plunges

One of White’s wellness secrets is doing cold plunges. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing one. She captioned it, “Never thought I’d be freezing in Miami.” The Cleveland Clinic states that cold plunges can help with sore muscles. “This one is pretty simple: After a hard workout, ice baths feel good. The cold water constricts your blood vessels, which slows blood flow and relieves some of that swelling and soreness you feel in your muscles after a long run or a hard-fought game. Again, though, be sure you’re only easing post-workout aches and not actual pain. If you have to push through pain during exercise, there may be an underlying injury. Don’t cover up that pain with cold.”

But by far I am my own worst critic... one of my goals is to not be so hard on myself. I am constantly working towards that goal everyday, its not something you achieve overnight! I realized that being healthy isn’t just physical, it’s also mental, spiritual, and ultimately loving yourself to not listen to those negative voices in your own head! Give yourself some grace and know that you are beautiful and strong! I hope to share more of my fitness journey with you all! “

4. She Cooks Healthy Food

When she isn’t at the gym, you can find Hannah engaging in calorie-blasting outdoor activities. Tennis, pickleball and golf are just a few of the sports she plays. “Ace, Ace, Baby 😎 Took my first pickle ball lesson and fell in love with it 💜 If you haven’t tried it, definitely give it a swing lol!!” she captioned this recent post.

It's got the protein and healthy fats in it.”

2. She Prioritizes Happiness

For Simone, wellness means doing what makes her happy. “My dad is a Buddhist and he taught me that you should do what makes you happy in life,” she explained to Parade. “That your wellness is directly linked to your happiness. So I feel like that's a healthy approach for me. If I indulge and eat a cupcake or spend four hours on the couch binge-watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy with a girlfriend of mine, I leave happier. I'm smiling. I know that's something that's beneficial for me.”

3. She Works Out With Others

Hannah.Simone.2Hannah Simone/Instagram

Simone shared some of her workout secrets with HelloGiggles. “I like working out with someone, otherwise I don’t feel motivated—I like company,” she said. “So I work out with Amy Rosoff, who’s a phenomenal trainer. Those are the things I try to do because I just feel better about myself at the end of the day when I do them.”

5. She Keeps Her Wellness Simple

Hannah.Simone.5Hannah Simone/Instagram

Simone explained to HelloGiggles why her wellness routine is all about simplicity. “When I used to take 12 vitamins, and every single time I’d go back to the store I would grab a few more, I found that really stressful because I didn’t know if it was doing anything. When I used to have a gym membership and I would feel guilty because I never went, and then when I would go I would just wander around, then it felt like work. Now, it doesn’t feel daunting anymore.”

1. Hudgens Eats Like This When on Set

“I mix it up every now and then, but I always go to the exact same spot and rotate between a breakfast burrito, this fried rice that has vegetables and eggs on it, or this thing that's like bread, but it's made with seeds and there's almond butter and jelly on top of it. And then always an almond milk latte.” For lunch when she’s on set, “lunch is kind of like combination of lunch and dinner. We have catering, which is lovely, but I kind of eat the same thing every day, whatever vegetables there are, whatever fish there is and whatever pasta there is,” she told Vanity Fair.

For dinner, I normally either have grilled salmon or steak like butter on it and grilled vegetables or a salad and a glass of wine. My favorite cheat snack. I love hot Cheetos. I don't know why I always have, and I always will," she told Rachael Ray.

And like one thing will resonate with you and then find a group of friends to do it with like, that's my favorite thing is getting my girlfriends together and going and doing a class together because then you have someone to hold you accountable, which I think is really important. But just enjoy it. Like, it can be a fun thing.”

Like I designed for Avia and I did this whole collection and I'm continuing to work with them because I'm like, it's so amazing when you put on fitness clothes and you actually feel good before the workout. And then you go into the workout with confidence and an extra boost in your step. And then you're looking at yourself in the mirror and you're like, oh, I look good. I feel good. Let's do this workout,” she told Access Live.

6. She Knows the Value of High Fats

The star mentioned avocado and she means it. "I need high fats," Hudgens explained toWomen's Health. "If I'm not getting enough, my body holds on to calories. We've been trained to think that fats are bad, but they're so good—a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going through the day. That's the only way I can not eat carbs." "One serving of a medium avocado is low in carbohydrates, yet it contains three grams of fiber," Toby Smithson, MS, RDN, CDE, of DiabetesEveryDay and author of Diabetes Meal Planning and Nutrition, told our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "Consuming higher fiber may reduce the risk of heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity." A 2019 study says eating the fruit regularly results in "a lower prevalence of excess weight, and attenuates adult weight gain in normal-weight individuals over time."

1. She Doesn’t Follow Fad Diets but Believes in “More of a Balance”

"I actually kind of struggled when I first started chartering with Americans, because Americans have a lot of those fad diets and things like that," Hannah told Bravo. "It was so funny: I remember my first season, it was like, 'Oh, can we get a craft cocktail?' I’m like, 'Yeah, sure.' Then I walk around, and I'm like, 'What … is a craft cocktail? Because in Europe, we just don’t have those sorts of things — all those buzzy diets. It's more of a balance."

2. She Has a Personal Trainer

Bravo's "Below Deck" PremiereSteve Zak Photography/FilmMagic

"I would love to have a consistent routine but it’s so hard when you travel as much as I do," Hannah told Bravo. "I have a personal trainer who I work with in Sydney, and then try to always have a hotel with a gym. My secret is to have no regime! If I’m jet lagged at 3 a.m., I work out then!"

3. She Walks Along the Water

“Even after all these years, water still calms me!” she told Us. “You can also alternate periods of brisk walking with leisurely walking. This type of interval training has many benefits, such as improving cardiovascular fitness and burning more calories than regular walking. And interval training can be done in less time than regular walking,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Wears Athleisure Wear

"The reason I started wearing active wear outside the gym was because I travel so much," she told us. "It’s so comfy to wear on long-haul flights and removes the need to get changed on the plane!"

5. She Uses All-Natural Beauty Products

“The best way to know what's in your products is by reading the list of ingredients,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Ingredients to avoid include:

  • Butylated hydroxyanisole or butylated hydroxytoluene, or BHA or BHT, respectively

These preservatives are found in lipsticks, moisturizes and some food items.

  • Coal tar dyes

They are used as a colorant in hair dye and often labeled as "p-Phenylenediamine" or "CI" followed by a five-digit number.

  • Diethanolamine, or DEA

This is used to make products sudsy. It can be found in cleansers, soaps and shampoos.

  • Dibutyl phthalate, or DBP

This is a plasticizer found in nail polish.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
