Loren Brovarnik is fueling up the haters' fire – by showing off her hot body. In a new social media post the Happily Ever After star flaunts her flat, toned abs, fully aware that haters gonna hate. "Here for the comments 🤸🏻‍♀️🫶🏼🖤 #snatched #momfluencer #hatersgonnahate #nofilter," she captioned the Instagram snaps, two mirror selfies highlighting her post-baby body. Early Morning Workouts

After welcoming her third child in 2023, Loren revealed that one of her secrets to getting back into shape after having a baby is early morning workouts. "Those 6am workouts! People always ask 'how do you do it or find time'… the HARDEST part is starting! Whether it's 1 hour or 10 minutes, find time for yourself! You've got this. Work hard. Play hard. Last time I did this I had 1 plate – now I have 2," she captioned a video of a grueling workout.

Jenny Craig Diet

Loren has relied on diets to lose weight. She went on the Jenny Craig weight loss program in 2023, not only to drop baby weight but to focus on herself and "be a better me." She opted for the Jenny Fresh program, which comes with three refrigerated meals per day plus snacks. "I'm such a big fan of it," she gushed.

Spinning

Loren loves spinning. She keeps a Peloton bike in her bedroom so she has zero excuses not to exercise. "Feeling good, like I should. Not edited. No filter. A working progress and I'm so proud of it!" she captioned a photo. She also rides bikes outdoors. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Supplements

One of Loren's New Year's Resolutions was "to take vitamins — something I've proudly been keeping up with!" she shared in a post. Loren is a partner with Ritual vitamins and takes two of them every single day. "Aside from the minty flavor, I like the fact that I understand all the ingredients in them and overall I feel better, not to mention I'm beyond proud of myself! I've also been taking the postnatal vitamins (with dr consent of course). I like the name because instead of a resolution, I just have another daily ritual," she wrote.
