She won a SAG Award for her role on Only Murders In The Building, and season 5 is coming soon. And she celebrated with her BFF, Taylor Swift. How does Selena Gomez look so good? She Works With A Trainer

In an interview with ELLE, Selena revealed that she works with trainer Amy Rosoff Davis to keep herself in shape. “She’s the person who comes in when I’m like, ‘I don’t feel like it.’ She’s like, ‘No, you’re getting up and you’re working out.’ We’ll do hikes. We have a Pilates machine. I have a sweat bed, which looks like a burrito that I wrap myself up in, and I sweat for about 45 minutes.”

She Changed Her Diet

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Amy revealed that she changed a lot of Selena’s eating habits when she was touring. “I will walk onto the tour bus and smell fast food, throw it in the trash, and hand her a carrot and hummus. She responds really quickly. We’ll do barely any ab exercises and two days later, I’m like, ‘Whoa!'”

She Doesn’t Sleep In Her Makeup

Selena makes sure to take care of her skin. One of her tips is not sleeping in her makeup. “For me, I just think that’s not my vibe, plus I do breakout,” Selena explained to ELLE. “I don’t know if it’s bad advice, I just think it’s kind of to each their own. For me, I can’t really sleep with things on my body or tinted things just because I get worried. It’s not my vibe.”

She Doesn’t Weigh Herself

One of Selena’s wellness tips is avoiding the scale. According to Cosmopolitan, Amy is the reason she does this. “I’ve never weighed her,” Amy said. “I don’t believe in scales — I just don’t think it’s healthy. I can definitely see the difference, and other people can too.”

She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

Another of Selena’s skincare tips is wearing sunscreen everyday.”I like to put sunscreen,” she tells Vogue, as reported by ELLE. “Not only is it important to keep your skin looking fresh but I have lupus, so being in the sun is difficult for me, so I like to put my sunscreen on.”
