Hayley Kiyoko and her girlfriend, Bachelor star Becca Tilley, recently shared an adorable video on Instagram. In it, they danced to the song “She’s A Bad Mama Jama” by Carl Carlton. Hayley and Becca wore sets of workout clothes. Hayley captioned the post, “This is easier for one of us.”

She’s Learning What Works For Her

In this Instagram post, Hayley talked about her health challenges, and trying to find what works for her. “When your body is in pain and not functioning properly, you are forced to advocate for it. It can be exhausting trying to find the answers. For myself, the medications I’ve been on have only made things worse for my physical and mental health. I also tried supplements and that didn’t fully work. I am finally starting to get a routine that is helping my body function better and this moment of relief feels like oxygen. Our bodies have their own needs and every remedy is not for everyone. It’s frustrating because you have to experiment knowing that the cost can result in pain and hopelessness. And having patience is trying. To find what works and what doesn’t.”

She Hikes

Hayley and Becca like to go for hikes to stay in shape. Hayley shared this photo on Instagram of the two of them hiking. She captioned it, “Been on this hike many times but today Becca and I decided to take a different path we’ve never tried before. Not sure where it was going to lead, we kept going. Sometimes in life it’s safer and easier to take the path already known. There’s a lot of fear and unknowns trying something new. Sometimes it can lead to a dead end and you have to turn around. But SOMETIMES, that new path can lead you to a field of yellow flowers everywhere. A super bloom. Blossoming and thriving. And my god, was it worth it. 🌼”

She Drinks Beet Juice

Hayley shares a lot of her favorite foods on TikTok. In this video, she revealed that she drinks beet juice each day. According to The Cleveland Clinic, beets have a lot of health benefits. “Working beets into your diet is a great way to boost your fiber intake. Just one cup of beetroot contains 3.8 grams of fiber. And the health benefits of fiber are plentiful. Fiber can help you control blood sugar levels, maintain a healthy weight, lower your cholesterol and stay regular.”

She Loves Papaya

Hayley also loves eating papaya, as she revealed in this TikTok. In the caption, she revealed that the fruit helps with her endometriosis. The Cleveland Clinic says that papaya has a lot of vitamin C, which makes it very healthy. “With 95 milligrams of vitamin C, a small papaya provides more than the recommended DV. Your body can’t make this water-soluble vitamin, which means you need to get vitamin C from foods and drinks each day.”

She Drinks Kombucha

Hayley also loves drinking kombucha. She shared this TikTok of herself enjoying one for a long work day. According to The Cleveland Clinic, kombucha can help with inflammation. “Kombucha is loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols that work overtime to protect your body from damage. This can help limit chronic inflammation that can lead to health issues such as heart disease, cancer and arthritis.”
