Anais Zanotti is revealing her go-to routine – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the health coach shows off her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set while unveiling an efficient workout. “Home VS GYM Glutes and legs 💪🏽,” she wrote in the Instagram caption. “So many of you guys are going on vacation, does not mean you can’t keep your routine in place. I always bring my bands with me wherever I go. Nothing fancy, just some superbands from Amazon.” She also went on to reveal the workout. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what exercises are involved in her workout? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Once Took the Wrong Approach to Weight Loss

In one of her Instagram posts, Anais reveals that she didn’t always take the right approach to weight loss. “At 26 years old, I was trying to get smaller and thinner, and it was always a battle for me. I was struggling to get toned and was always feeling tired, no energy, weight in the middle, muffin top.Clothes did not fit as good,” she writes, explaining everything she “was doing wrong.” It included working out 6x per week, “long hours of cardio, nonsense workout classes and when I was weight lifting I had no structure in place. Pretty much winging it,” she writes. Her nutrition was also “very poor, from pre-made frozen meals,” and involved skipping breakfast, low carbs, juicing, magic slim shakes, 1200 calorie diets, drinking often during the week, and “poor sleep, high stress due to work.”

2. Now, This Is Her Approach to Exercise

“But now, 42 years old In Perimenopause,” she changed her approach. “Focusing on getting strong, not thriving to be skinny or a number on the scale,” is important to her. She also works out four times a week, “45min max, my cardio is walking essentially and getting above 10k steps per day.”⠀

3. Here Is Her Approach to Diet

She also reset her metabolism “by adding on more muscles and balanced meals,” never skips breakfast, focuses on” eating a protein source for each big meal” and eating “whole food plant based nutrition” with “very little processed food,” and eats “around 2200cal/day,” she says, “to be able to maintain my figure, retain my muscles.”

4. She Also Focuses on Recovery

Rest and recovery is also key. “Focusing on getting my 8 hours of sleep, some days it’s harder than others,” she says. Also, she manages stress “with exercises, walking and meditation.” And, lastly, she takes care of herself. “My self care is a priority,” she writes.

5. Here Is Her Workout

Here is her “quick & effective routine,” she says. She recommends doing 4 sets of each:

  • Glute bridges with loop bands 15x (not on the video)⠀
  • RDL 15x⠀
  • Glutes Kick backs 15x⠀
  • Reverse Lunges 15x each ⠀

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Amanda Bisk is offering a new fitness challenge – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a two-piece exercise set while demonstrating some moves. “15min workouts, Pilates & yoga everyday,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Stretching

Amanda understands the importance of stretching. “I usually start my day with a stretch or yoga and a few bodyweight exercise's (situps, squats etc), usually between 15-30min depending on how much time I have,” says Amanda. “Flexibility is all about consistency. I stretch everyday. I stretch in the morning for 15-30min (sometimes also in the evening) and before and after I exercise. If you are looking to improve your flexibility, the more you stretch the quicker you will see improvements,” she continues. “I use a combination of stretches I have learnt from gymnastics and athletics and combine this with yoga. In the morning I do a few sun salutations (a sequence in yoga) to warm up my body, then I stretch my legs and hips and do splits, then finish off with shoulders and backbends.” Why should you consider stretching? “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Running

Amanda is also a runner. “I do an intense workout like a strength session or sprints 3-4 times a week,” she reveals on the blog. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Balanced Diet

As for diet, she focuses on keeping it balanced. “I have experimented with a few different ways of eating but what works best for me is a varied and balanced approach to food,” Amanda says about her approach to diet. “This includes LOTS of fruit and vegetables, fish, eggs, grains (including breads and pasta), legumes, nuts, dairy and meat. I also believe it is totally ok to enjoy those 'not so healthy' foods (my vice is icecream!). Those hearty meals or cheeky treats are good for the soul! But remember it is about moderation,” she says. “My meals usually consist of majority vegetables (full of vitamins and minerals), a portion of carbs (to fuel my muscles and brain) and protein (to build a strong body and keep me full). I choose mostly vegetarian options (a big influence from my mum, who is fully vegetarian) but I do eat meat when I feel like it.”

Tennis, Biking, basketball, Etc

Amanda maintains an active lifestyle. If she isn’t at the gym she will be doing “something different like tennis, bike riding, basketball, walking with a friend or going to a local pilates or air yoga class,” she writes on the blog.

Daily Exercise

Amanda works out daily. “I am a big fan of mixing up the type of exercise and fitness I do, so from week to week my exercise routine changes alot,” she revealed on her blog. “All up, I aim to move my body for an hour each day.” She takes a rest day, “where I might only stretch and do a walk. If I feel run down or overtrained I make sure I take a day off. Its all about listening to your body.” How often should you workout? Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity each week.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is a fitness trainer and influencer. She has a large following on Instagram. Recently, Bazinet shared a core workout on her account. She captioned the post, “Daily Abs Workout – Let’s Get That Core Burning! 🔥Looking to strengthen your core and sculpt those abs? Try this quick and effective Daily Abs Workout designed to challenge your endurance and build a stronger midsection. 💪Here’s the workout: ⏱ 3 Sets - 3-Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible): • 10 Tabletop Toe Touches • 10 Plank Knee-to-Elbow • 10 Bicycle Crunches • 10 Plank Jacks. ⏱ Rest: 60 seconds between sets. This core burner will not only tone your abs but also improve your overall stability and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels! 🌟”

She Works Her Core

As you can see from her Instagram post, Bazinet makes sure to do core exercises. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts have a lot of benefits. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

She Works Her Upper Body

Bazinet makes sure to work her upper body. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. Bazinet captioned it, “💪 Upper Body & Metcon Workout! 🔥Love bodybuilding-style training but still want to keep that functional fitness edge? This workout from Féroce Fitness is the perfect blend of strength, endurance, and power. Let’s crush it! 🚀Friday Programming: Upper Body Supersets 1️⃣ Superset 1: • Dips (12-10-8-8) • 20 Dumbbell Pullovers. 2️⃣ Superset 2: • Close Grip Bench Press (15-12-10-8) • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3️⃣ Superset 3: • Dumbbell/Barbell Skull Crushers (20-15-12-12) • Standing Barbell Curls (20-15-12-12). Pro Tips: ✔️ Use challenging variations for push-ups to build strength. ✔️ Keep thrusters unbroken with proper form—sit in your heels and keep your chest up. ✔️ Record your fastest round and weights used for progress tracking. Whether you’re hitting the gym or modifying for home, this workout will leave you feeling unstoppable. 🌟”

She Lifts Weights

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is seen using weights during a workout.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Bazinet is seen using weights to workout. ACE Fitness states that using weights to exercise has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Stretches

Bazinet shared this video on Instagram of herself doing one of her favorite stretches. She captioned it, “ Stretch of the Century 🔥Say goodbye to tight hips and hello to the ultimate mobility game-changer! 🙌 This is hands-down my FAVORITE mobility movement for relieving tension in the psoas—the muscle that works overtime when we lift, run, or sit too much. 🏋️♀️🏃♀️ Why it works: Your psoas gets super tight from constant hip flexion, but with this simple technique, you can give it the love it deserves! 💖 ➡️ How to do it: 1️⃣ Use a handle (or similar tool) and start near your pelvic bone. 2️⃣ Gently follow the line of your hip bone, moving up toward the side of your stomach. 3️⃣ Apply gentle pressure and focus on releasing tight spots (not directly on the bone but right beside it). This stretch is a 10/10 game-changer for recovery and mobility—your body will thank you! 🙏”

She Works Her Lower Body

Bazinet doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. Bazinet captioned the post, “This is your ultimate guide to strong, sculpted legs—featuring 5 weeks of programming and over 100 workouts to take your training to the next level! 💪Ready for a challenge? Try this Leg Day Finisher to torch your lower body and build strength and mobility: Finisher: 🔥 3 Sets: • 15 reps of the following complex: 1️⃣ Cossack Squat (each leg) 2️⃣ Wide Back Squat 3️⃣ Good Morning. ⏱ Rest: 90 sec between sets. Tips: ✔️ Increase load and range of motion with each set. ✔️ Keep your heels down and your back arched for optimal form. ✔️ Focus on control and full range of motion to maximize muscle activation. This finisher will leave your glutes, quads, and hamstrings on fire while improving your stability and flexibility. 🍑💥”

Anita Herbert is working her glutes in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and Hungarian model shows off her amazing body during an intense workout session, wearing shorts and a sports bra. “Your next GLUTE workout is sorted & it’s a tough one, so prepare your cheeks,” she writes, revealing the set. “Let’s get crush it!!” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what exercises does Anita do to build her backisde? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Her Journey to the Gym

“About three years ago, my husband encouraged me to go to the gym for the very first time in my life. At that time, we started training together. It took some time, but he eventually turned me on to eating healthy and weightlifting. As I began to educate myself about clean eating and training, I became very interested in this new lifestyle. I loved the way training made me feel, and I also loved seeing how my body was changing day by day. People at the gym started to take notice of how my body was changing too, and they told me that I should compete in a show. At first, I thought it was silly to even consider competing, but then I decided that I should give it a try! Before I knew it, I had five NPC overall wins in a row, and now I’m an IFBB Pro. I just got invited to the Arnold Classic for the first time, and I’m going to be on the Olympia stage in September,” she told Simply Shredded.

2. Motivated by the Mirror

“My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!” she told Simply Shredded. “I’m sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking ‘fit’ is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn’t interest me as much as it used to.”

3. Switching Up Her Workouts

Anita mixes up her routine. “I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn’t get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio,” she says.

4. Her Top 3 Exercises

Here are Anita’s top 3 exercises:

  1. Squats: “Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough,” she says.
  2. Hanging Leg Raises: “I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!” she jokes.
  3. Lateral Raises: “I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders,” she explains.

5. Two Diets

Healthy,Diet,Plan,For,Weight,Loss,,Daily,Ready,Meal,Menu.Shutterstock

Anita has two diets that she stays “very consistent with,” she tells Simply Shredded. “One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I’m prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week.”

6. Here Is Her Glute Workout

Superset: 3 sets

  • SM bench assisted kickbacks
  • Hip banded good mornings
  • BB sumo deadlift - 3 x 10

Superset: 3 sets of

  • BB triple contraction hip thrust - 5 reps
  • straight into BB deadstop hip thrust - AMRAP
  • DB Bulgarian split squat - 10 each side

Side Booty Finisher: 2 sets of 15 each side

  • Hip banded extra range clamshells

Elisa Pecini is pontificating about the importance of nutrition in her workout gear. In a new social media post the IFBB champ exercises and discusses why it’s crucial to fuel your body with healthy food. “In the intense routine of workouts, cardio, work, keeping up with nutrition is essential. Having healthy, practical options makes it a lot easier to focus on what really matters. This is why having ready, balanced meals always on hand makes all the difference to my performance,” she writes in the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Her Go-To Glute Workout

Pecini shared her favorite glute workout with Muscle & Fitness:

  • Machine Hip Abduction: 5 x 15 — Pecini adds a loop band just above her knees.
  • Smith Machine Reverse Lunge: 3 x 15 — Pecini performs these with her front foot elevated.
  • Landmine Sumo Deadlift: 4 x 12
  • Machine Weighted Glute Bridge: 4 x 12
  • Straight-leg Cable Glute Kickback: 4 x 12

2. Here Is Everything You Need to Know About Her Diet

“My diet changes several times during preparation but these are minor adjustments. It is composed of carbohydrates: rice, oats. Proteins: chicken, fish, egg white, whey protein and sometimes red meat. And lipids like avocado, nuts, peanut butter, olive oil,” Elisa told Mo Marketplace, “What changes in my off-season and pre-contest diet are the quantities as the foods are basically the same. In the off-season, I have 1 free meal a week, and most of the time it's a hamburger, but my favorite dish is to go to a good restaurant and eat grilled salmon with black rice and vegetables without having to weigh the food. I use supplements in my diets like whey protein, bcaa, glutamine, l carnitine, caffeine, pre-workout and all I use are from NewMillen because it’s the brand I know and trust, I don’t like to risk what I don’t know. In pre-contest 1200 to 1500 and off-season 2300kcal per day.”

3. Her Go-To Should Workout

Here is Elisa’s go-to shoulder workout, she revealed to Muscle & Fitness.

  • Standing Shoulder Abduction: Sets: 7, Reps: 12
  • Seated Unilateral Shoulder Abduction: Sets: 3, Reps: 12
  • Arnold Press: Sets: 3, Reps: 12
  • Dumbbell Front Raise: Sets: 3, Reps: 12
  • Upright Row: Sets: 3, Reps: 12
  • Dumbbell Crucifix Hold: Sets: 3, Reps: To failure

4. Only One Rest Day Per Week

“I train 6 days a week. My rest day is on the seventh day which is usually on Sundays. My training routine for the week varies a lot according to the competition phase, at the moment it looks like this: shoulder, buttocks, back, shoulder, buttock, and chest,” she told Mo Marketplace. “I always vary my workouts and never repeat the same workout, I always like the various stimuli, do slow, focused exercises, sometimes use a drop set, sometimes use more load but always maintaining the quality of movement and amplitude, for me variations in a workout are very important.”

5. Cardio

Elisa finishes off her workout by walking. “My cardio is always after the 30-minute workout I like to do with the treadmill at a moderate speed(a brisk walk),” she said. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Here’s how Sanon keeps herself in top shape with a variety of exercises that work both body and mind.

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. The workouts are simple yet very challenging, and you can easily complete a total-body workout only using one piece of equipment in 20 minutes.”

Strength Training

This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Sanon also shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
