Heart Evangelista is enjoying her rest and relaxation in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Filipino actress and model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit during a tropical getaway. “Do Not Disturb … I’m in Paradise,” she captioned the Instagram post, driving her followers wild. “Wow,” commented one. “MASTERPIECE,” added another. How does she approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Bone Broth Diet
Heart dished about her diet to Manilla Times, revealing that the bone broth diet, which involves eating two meals and a daily serving of 200 ml broth that can serve as a snack or replacement for dinner, helped her lose lots of weight. "The composition is all-organic, hormone-free ingredients and produce. It's packed with amino acid, it has glycine, it's great for the gut, and it's nutrient-dense especially if you have nutrient deficiency, which is common because of the type of food we eat. It's like a cup of minerals you'll need," she said.
2. Daily Workouts

If you want a body like Heart’s plan on exercising daily. “I workout once a day, in the morning before anything else,” she told Philippine Entertainment Portal. “I think the best way to lose fat is before you even put fat or eat anything is you have to burn what’s already stuck there. So, you workout before you eat breakfast in the morning for 30 minutes.”
3. Cardio and Group Fitness

Heart does a few different types of workouts. “Treadmill, sometimes brisk walk or I run, sit-ups,” she told PEP. She also takes classes at Plana Forma studio. “It’s a combination of core yoga and Pilates,” she said. “It’s not really the weight loss, but you become really firm especially in the areas that you want to concentrate on like your butt, your thighs, your stomach, a little bit of your arms.”
4. Supplements

Heart told PEP that supplements are an important part of her healthy regimen, as they help keep her body from being deficient in important nutrients.
5. Heart Health Is a Priority
"It's not because I want to be thin, that's just a bonus. I really work out because I want my blood circulation to be good," Heart told GMA about why she exercises. Heart didn't deny that it was difficult for her at first, but making her health her motivation instead of just her physical appearance helped her put things in perspective. Heart continued," It takes just a hard week to start and after that, it will be easy."
