Heidi Klum In Bikini Celebrates “6 Years Married”

The model and host shared a pool photo with herself and her husband for their anniversary.

Heidi Klum has a lot to celebrate. She’s back hosting Project Runway on Freeform. She’s got a new smoothie out with Erewhon. And she and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, just celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. Heidi shared an adorable photo of the two of them on Instagram for the occasion. In it, they kissed in an infinity pool. Heidi wore a cute blue bikini, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, “6 years married today.” How does Heidi Klum keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.

1

She Still Indulges

When it comes to her diet, Heidi believes in moderation. She talked about this in a 2017 interview with Women’s Health. “[I was] out to dinner this weekend, and truffles are in season. I had to have the truffle pizza and the truffle pasta. It’s not like I don’t [indulge], but not all the time.”

2

She Limits Unhealthy Carbs

Heidi shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she likes to limit unhealthy carbs to keep her healthy. “For me, it’s more about food than exercising. I’m not huge on carbs, even though that’s probably one of my favourite foods – French fries, pasta, all that stuff.”

3

She Runs

One thing that Heidi does to keep herself in shape is run. She tells Vogue that she runs multiple times a week. “Most women do like a summer season when they get ready for the beach. I don’t do that because I shoot all year round, so nothing really changes for me. I go running two to three times a week.”

4

She Loves Smoothies

Heidi loves smoothies, and that’s why she made her own specialty one for Erewhon. She tells Vogue that she makes a smoothie for herself and her family each day. “I eat pretty healthily. We make smoothies every morning with any kind of fruit and carrots. Not with powders or anything like that.”

5

She Doesn’t Eat Past 6 pm

Heidi revealed to Entertainment Tonight that she stops eating after dinner, and doesn’t eat too late in the day. “My last one is at 6 p.m. I eat with my kids. I think that also helps a little bit. I don’t eat at, like, 8 or 9 at night, because when you do that, and then you have a few glasses of wine, then it sits there in your stomach and you go to sleep.”
