Heidi Klum In Bikini Says “All Day, Every Day, Beach Day”

The Project Runway host and model shared a new vacation photo on Instagram.

Heidi Klum has had a busy week. She’s returning as the host of Project Runway on Freeform. She graced the cover of People Magazine. And, she enjoyed a beach vacation. Heidi just posted a new bikini photo on Instagram. In it, she stood in front of the water in a tiny swimsuit. Heidi captioned the post, “All day …. every day…… beach day …. with you yayyy ❤️” How does Heidi Klum look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.

1

She’s Confident

Heidi opened up about her life in her recent interview with People Magazine. She says that she has always been confident in herself. “People always say, ‘You probably got more confidence as you’ve gotten older,’ but I have always been confident,” she says. “I have no problem walking around in my underwear. I’m not hiding in a corner.”

2

She Doesn’t Believe In Society’s Roles

Heidi is in her 50’s, but that doesn’t mean she wants to uphold social pressure to act a certain way. She spoke out against age-shaming in her People interview. “The biggest misconception [about] being in your 50s is that you are off the shelf. You’re not off the shelf. We are very much on that shelf for everyone to see. Don’t hide in your 50s. Beauty is ever-changing, and I’m here for the change. If it’s always the same, life is boring.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Heidi has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her routine in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, as reported by Yahoo. “I use the Revitalift line from L’Oréal Paris. I started working with them a year and a half ago, so I’ve had the privilege of trying everything on the planet from L’Oreal. I found some amazing products that work for me and my skin. Like I said, when I was younger, I used lighter creams, but now my skin needs more food. At night, I use the Midnight Cream, also from L’Oreal.”

She Chews More

Heidi makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and recently, she changed her approach to eating. Heidi tells Harper’s Bazaar, via Yahoo that she eats more cooked foods and chews them thoroughly. “It’s better for digestion and gut health,” Heidi explains. “I don’t eat many raw foods anymore because it’s harder for your body to break down than cooked food. I am also big into bread with grains, like pumpernickel.”

5

She Cooks

Heidi loves cooking healthy meals for her kids. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that this helped her kids learn about nutrition. “My kids grew up watching me cook and be in the kitchen. They would have smoothies in the morning and always ask why their friends didn’t eat like that. But I feel it was a lesson on how important food is and how it’s fuel for body, skin, nails, and hair. Food isn’t just something that tastes good. That is an important thing that I passed down to them— that when you feel good inside, it shows on the outside.”
