The Wellness Secrets That Make Heidi Klum 'Feel 35' at 51

Model and TV personality Heidi Klum is set to return to host Project Runway as it moves from Bravo to Freeform, and fans can't contain their excitement. Klum has plenty of experience in the fashion world, as she hosts Germany's Next Topmodel and is a former Victoria's Secret Angel. In a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar, the supermodel shared that she feels amazing at 51. In fact, she revealed to the outlet, "I feel 35."
Here are some of Klum's top wellness secrets that keep her feeling incredible in her 50s.
She Eats Healthy
Klum told Harper's Bazaar that she eats a lot of grains and healthy soups, such as bone broth.
"I eat better now … I don't eat many raw foods anymore because it's harder for your body to break down than cooked food," she said. "I am also big into bread with grains, like pumpernickel. We call this black bread in Germany. I make soups like bone broth or chicken soup all the time."

She Takes Care of Her Skin
Another wellness secret from Klum? She shows her skin TLC and knows the importance of rotating products in and out of her beauty regimen.
"I use the Revitalift line from L'Oréal Paris," she told Harpers Bazaar. "I started working with them a year and a half ago, so I've had the privilege of trying everything on the planet from L'Oreal. I found some amazing products that work for me and my skin. Like I said, when I was younger, I used lighter creams, but now my skin needs more food. At night, I use the Midnight Cream, also from L'Oreal."

She Gets Massages
Klum doesn't skip out on massages, either. She has a much different outlook on them in this stage in her life, too.
"When I was younger, massages were more about pampering and feeling good," she said. "But now, I think of it more as moving your body and activating your cells."

She Cooks
The model stressed the importance of preparing food at home and just how beneficial it is for the body.
"My kids grew up watching me cook and be in the kitchen," Klum said. "They would have smoothies in the morning and always ask why their friends didn't eat like that. But I feel it was a lesson on how important food is and how it's fuel for body, skin, nails, and hair. Food isn't just something that tastes good. That is an important thing that I passed down to them—that when you feel good inside, it shows on the outside."

Klum has found much happiness in her life.
