Here’s How Christina Aguilera Looked So Good At Burlesque West End

The Grammy-winner went to London for the show based on her movie.

Christina Aguilera has done a lot of amazing things in her career. One thing she did was play the lead character Ali Rose in the film Burlesque, alongside Cher and Kristen Bell. A play based on the film is currently on London’s West End. Recently, Miss Ali Rose attended a show. For the occasion, Christina donned two different looks: a green dress with laced-up ribbons from Versace, and a sparkly black lace bodysuit. Her amazing figure was on display in both. How does Christina Aguilera look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.

1

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Christina makes sure to keep her skin hydrated. She shared some of her secrets with Allure. “It’s very simple, especially when I’m not working and don’t need to be in full makeup. I have dry skin, so I like a heavy moisturizer. I start with Cetaphil to cleanse and then use Clé de Peau Beauté eye cream and face moisturizer on top. When it comes to removing makeup, I use M.A.C. wipes.”

2

She’s Confident

When it comes to her confidence, Christina has learned to embrace all the changes to her life and body. “I’ve seen myself go through different stages of my life and complain about certain things,” she tells People Magazine. “As I’ve gotten older, I look back, and I’m like, ‘God, every stage is a new era.’ I’m really into feeling more self-assured as you get older. That’s the thing to truly embrace. It’s harmful when [aging] becomes an obsession.”

She Does Workouts She Enjoys

Christina shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with Marie Claire. “I like to do things that make me feel good mentally when I work out. I don’t like to feel isolated or secluded. If I’m in front of a mirror doing weights, I feel like I’m in rehearsal and it’s work. I like to get out of my head.”

4

She Does Yoga

One of Christina’s favorite workouts is yoga. Specifically, she likes practicing yoga outside. “I love fresh air,” she says to Marie Claire. “So I prefer hikes when I can get into nature. I love doing yoga outside. Yoga was a big game changer. My life has always been very fast paced and on the go, so yoga really allowed me to stop the clock and slow down mentally. It lets me breathe into my body, stretch, and get into stagnant energy.”

She Turns Her Phone Off

One of Christina’s wellness priorities is getting enough sleep. She tells Marie Claire that she puts her phone away each night to help her get more hours. “I’m a horrible sleeper to be honest,” Christina admits. “I’m just a natural night owl. I have this thing where I can’t rest until everyone else is taken care of and my daughter is sleeping. That time of night when the phones are shut off, I don’t have people texting me, and the kids are in rest mode—that’s my me time.”
