Read on to see 5 ways Hilaria Baldwin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Loves Coconut Water

After having a baby, Baldwin talked about how she lost the baby weight to People. She says that she drinks a lot of coconut water. “I always chug Taste Nirvana Real Coconut Water first thing in the morning, even though I don’t particularly like the taste of coconut water in general. I started drinking it religiously when I was pregnant with Carmen to soften the early contractions I had throughout my pregnancy. (My doctor wanted me to drink Gatorade, but I prefer not to drink anything with artificial colors, and coconut water is supposed to hydrate just as well.) I’m totally on the coconut bandwagon right now.”

2. She Does Barre Classes

One thing Baldwin likes to do to stay in shape is taking barre workouts. “I fell in love with the technique before I got married because it really sculpts your body in a nice, long way,” she said to People. “It’s easy to modify no matter what shape you’re in — I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from dancing from ages 2 to 25, and I’m still bouncing back from being pregnant.”

3. She Loves Fruit

Baldwin makes sure to eat healthy. She tells People that she loves snacking on fruit. “Fruit is the only typical snack food I eat because when I was a little girl — maybe 3 or 4 years old — I choked on a chip. To this day, I don’t really like chips or crackers or anything like that. I’m very into textures. I don’t like popcorn because it reminds me of packing material.”

4. She Works Her Abs

Baldwin does a lot of core workouts to keep her impressive stomach and abs. She shared some of her ab workouts on Instagram after having one of her kids. "I like reintroducing abs into my routine with these exercises because they encourage pulling the rectus abdomen together from the pelvic floor, rather than splitting apart in more superficially targeting workout,” Baldwin wrote in the caption. “I do 10-20 of the running forearm planks, then 5-10 lifting my hips up. Collapse like me, or stretch at the end (that would be better).”

5. She Loves Yoga

Baldwin shared some of her favorite ways to stay healthy to Jones Road Beauty. She says that she likes to do yoga as a way to unwind. “Whether it’s cigarettes, shopping too much, rage, whatever it is, we go somewhere else when we are doing behavior we shouldn’t do. Our brain turns off a little bit and our body continues on. I realized I needed to wake myself up. In the beginning it’s really hard, you have to slow it down. You have to be patient with yourself and not shame yourself when you don’t get it right. I can do certain things that keep me grounded and keep me in my body. Eventually, little by little, it becomes second nature. I reprogrammed myself.”

Anita Herbert, the fitness trainer behind the successful Summer Shred program, is pulling a Lego Batman and not skipping a leg day. She posted a video of herself feeling the burn when doing squats and more. “True story 🥲—especially when it’s the second leg day this week!👀 Who can relate?” she captioned it. Here are some other ways she stays so in shape.

1. She Does Hanging Leg Raises

“When you think of an exercise routine for your core, most people think of sit-ups or planks, which are great exercises for your ‘six-pack’ ab work,” exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT, tells the Cleveland Clinic. “Leg lifts are an important complement to that because they get at the muscles that make up the rest of your trunk — your lower back, glutes, hip flexors and your transverse abdominus (the muscle that sits under your six-pack).”

2. She Likes High-Protein Snacks

Check out this great video about her favorite high-protein snacks. A sample:

“🩵 Bone broth - 50 calories per bag and 10 g protein Just ask for hot water on the plane or at a coffee shop when you are ready to have it.

🩵 Protein bars - Look for ones that are low in sugar and high in protein.

🩵 Protein powder - I put a serving of iso whey by @onesthealth in my shaker and just add water when I’m ready to drink it. linked in my bio!

🩵 Protein chips - Perfect for snacking on while watching a movie, and the macros are a lot better than regular chips, 130 calories per bag with 17g of protein and only 4g of carbs.”

3. She Does Hip Thrusts

“I usually program a hip thrust variation 2-3 times / week, using different rep ranges,” she captioned one video. “You can perform all of these variations with a dumbbell, kettlebell or smith machine instead.”

4. She Has Perfected the Crunch

“These tips will level up your ab game 🫡 Train your ABS instead of your ❌hip flexors!” she captioned one great video. “Focus on:

✅ Curling your chest towards your hips

✅ Reducing your range of motion and really focus on using your abs, no momentum.

✅ Squeezing your abs at the top

✅ Lowering yourself down slowly

✅ Breathing correctly: inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up.”

5. Yes, She Really Does Not Skip Leg Day

“Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can,” sais Piedmont Health:

  • “Tone your lower body muscles
  • Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass
  • Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups
  • Improve your balance
  • Strengthen your bones
  • Reduce joint pain”

Bella Thorne Shows Off Toned Tummy in Swimsuit "Bday Look"

Here is everything we know about her diet and exercise routine.

Bella Thorne is staying warm this winter – by heating things up in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit outfit. “Throwing it back to this bday look as I’m in the snow covered in jackets,” she captioned the Instagram photos. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “You look stunningly gorgeous and sexy as always, Bella,” added another. How does the young star stay fit? Here is everything we know about her diet and exercise routine.

1. Her Brother Trains Her

Bella’s trainer is a family member. “I wouldn't say I'm in my best shape at the moment. My brother is my trainer,” she told Allure. She added to Hollywood Life that she and her family exercises together, calling fitness “a family affair.”

2. She Does Circuit Training and Weight Lifting

Bella’s workout is based on strength and weight training. “[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does...but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat,” she told Allure.

3. She Does Yoga to Help Her Sleep

Young,Attractive,Smiling,Woman,Practicing,Yoga,,Sitting,In,One,LeggedShutterstock

Bella maintains that yoga is helpful in “helping her fall asleep easier at night,” while also helping her feel like she “can do more in the day.” Harvard Health explains that yoga is a great workout, according to science. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

4. She Eats Clean

Bella fills her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. “Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein,” are things you will find in her kitchen, she told Hollywood Life. She added to Wired that she also incorporates plant-based foods into her diet. “I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though,” she said when asked if she was a vegan, adding that she eats “a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time.”

5. She Does Reformer Pilates

Bella also does reformer pilates. “Getting back on that #grind #pilates and it feels good,” she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

6. She Stretches Before and After Workouts

“I always stretch before my workout and after, to make the muscles grow longer and slimmer #workouttip #thirstythursday #thankfulthursday,” Bella informed her followers in a post. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

7. She Takes SoulCycle Classes

Bella also enjoys taking SoulCycle classes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

1. She Does Yoga

“You’ll find yourself in Bulgaria, and you don’t know anyone, and they’ll say, ‘Well, we have a trainer who’s available, and he’s literally called The Punisher,’” Kate told Women's Health. The magazine says she “packs yoga workouts recorded by Jessica James and Mandy Ingber.” “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga," she said.

2. She Does This Exercise

Kate recently revealed some of the workout moves responsible for her famously fit figure and also showed off her majorly impressive flexibility. She started out by executing a series of hanging leg raises, followed by knee raises on a pull-up bar. Next up, battle ropes! However, instead of getting just a hardcore arm workout in, the actress added a side lunge to the mix. To complete the workout, Kate’s helped her do some stretches, revealing just how flexible she is. “Do you have any bones? Omg,” singer Peter Frampton commented. “Damn, the only way I could get either of my legs that far back would be to amputate it and hold it back there with my hand,” joked one of her fans.

3. She Puts the Work In

One of Kate’s trainer’s Brad Siskind of Gunnar Peterson’s gym, revealed that Kate’s workouts are always this intense. "The whole hour is work," he told Women’s Health. She generally begins with a full-body workout composed of eight compound exercises, each working two muscle groups simultaneously—as can be evidenced in her latest workout video. Other moves include biceps curl as she squats, or situps with combination punches. Following the intense set she will complete 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, like rowing or the VersaClimber, then repeat the entire circuit with heavier weights, added bands, or faster reps. Finally, following the 45 minute circuit workout, she’ll finish with a cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved SkillMill treadmill. And, last but not least, she will do stretches.

4. Sometimes She Does “Two-a-Days”

"I wake up, eat something, and go straight to the gym," she told Women’s Health. "If I’m going to do cardio, I’ll do it later on in the day," she said.

5. Sometimes She Trampolines

Kate has been known to trampoline. “It makes you feel kind of jolly!” she said. Fellow star Eva Longoria is also a fan. "Take the time to find your own rhythm," she captioned one post.

Lexi Bader has a large following on social media. She is also a fitness trainer, and teaches Alo sculpt classes. Bader shared some photos on Instagram from one of her classes this week. In it, she is seen in pink workout gear. Bader captioned the post, “Feeling the heat.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lexi Bader stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Stretches

Bader shared some of her workouts in this Instagram post. In it, she is seen doing stretches like leg extensions. Harvard Health states that stretching has a lot of benefits. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. For example, sitting in a chair all day results in tight hamstrings in the back of the thigh. That can make it harder to extend your leg or straighten your knee all the way, which inhibits walking. Likewise, when tight muscles are suddenly called on for a strenuous activity that stretches them, such as playing tennis, they may become damaged from suddenly being stretched. Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury.”

2. She Does Planks

In the same video, Bader is seen doing side and standard plank exercises. Planks have a lot of health benefits. “Plank exercises generally strengthen your ability to brace your abdominals,” exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton, MED, tells The Cleveland Clinic. “Planks can also activate other related muscles, such as your glutes (muscles in your buttocks), hamstrings (muscles in the backs of your thighs) and lower back.”

3. She Works Her Legs

Bader doesn’t skip leg day. In her Instagram video, she is seen doing donkey kicks and fire hydrants. According to Piedmont, leg workouts can, “Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups. Improve your balance. Strengthen your bones. Reduce joint pain. Reduce your risk of injury, particularly in your back and knees. Decrease lower back pain.”

4. She Hikes

Bader likes to hike to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking in Aspen. Bader captioned it, “A little special place.” The National Parks Service reports that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.”

5. She Does Fitness Classes

As you probably tell, teaching fitness classes is the main way Bader stays fit. Fitness classes have a lot of benefits. Iowa State University states, “The highest quality or type of motivation is called intrinsic motivation – you’re doing something because the behavior itself is enjoyable, satisfying or both. If you enjoy exercise and not just the positive feelings you get after you’ve worked out, you are more likely to stick with it. Exercising with other people can supply that enjoyment, even if the activity itself is difficult or otherwise not something you love. Group exercise can turn working out into a fun social activity, which could lead to you continuing to do it.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
