As you could tell from her Instagram story, boxing is one of the ways Arjona stays in shape. She talked about her love of it in an interview with Marie Claire. “I do a lot of running and HIIT workouts [in isolation]. But boxing is usually my go-to. I feel like I expel everything and leave it on the bag.”

2. She Makes Celery Juice

Arjona tells Marie Claire that she likes to make celery juice each morning. “I usually wake up around 8 a.m. if I’m not working. I brush my teeth, then run to the kitchen to start brewing my coffee as I make my celery juice, which takes a certain amount of time. I consider my celery juice and that hour for myself part of my beauty regimen.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Arjona makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her secrets with Marie Claire. “I cleanse my face with Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. It smells delicious, like orange, which I love, and removes every single impurity. Then I’ll do the rose spray and Armani Crema Nera, followed by the Vintner’s Daughter serum. Right now, the sun is so intense in L.A. that I’ve been over-hydrating, dabbing on more really thin layers of oil on top of that.”

4. She Embraces Her Natural Beauty

Arjona tells Bustle that she’s all about embracing her natural beauty. “I personally have gravitated more towards ‘less is more’ — really embracing my natural skin, just the way I was born. I personally feel more confident that way than hiding behind a lot of makeup. It just doesn’t feel like myself. I prefer having less. Sometimes when I put on a little too much makeup, it makes me feel like I’m too much, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. But I think everything that I’ve learned is that beauty is so personal to the individual, and I think we all have to respect it and embrace it. If you feel beautiful that way, then amen to that. You do look beautiful.”

5. She Ices Her Face

Arjona tells Bustle that she likes to ice her face, especially when she works. “I usually grab a big cube of ice and a cloth. I put it at the bottom and I’ll put it on my hand to make sure that there are no sharp edges. Then, I’ll just put the ice all over my face. I’ve seen people do a bowl of ice and then just stick their face in it. I like to go one ice cube at a time. I can contour my face, so I’ll maybe concentrate on [my cheekbones] if I want to and focus a lot on the under-eyes for the puffiness... I feel like when I put the products on, they really sink into my skin better. That’s another one. I like to put on products when my skin is not completely dry. I don’t completely dry my face or my body, for moisture.”

One of the star’s secrets to looking forever young? She avoids alcohol. “I’ve never had alcohol or smoked,” she confessed to Hola!. Jennifer Lopez also suggested to her that she keep salt intake to a minimum. “If you want your face to look chiseled, no sodium two days before," she added. "I learned that from our friend JLo. She said, ‘I approach everything like a sport, so when I have a concert, I train for that – and then I can do whatever I want until my next one.”

2. Making a “Conscious Decision” to Exercise

"I think [staying fit] is a conscious decision," Roselyn told Hola!. "Once you have kids, the body changes." This is why she makes sure to push herself, even when she doesn’t feel like exercising. "People have a perception of you, of how you need to look, and it’s a lot of pressure. I’d rather be home and do nothing, but I can’t. And now it’s not even about the physique. I became a mother late in life—I had Sebella at 38 and Dylan at 44—and I want to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible."

She shared some things people need to look out for in the caption of this Instagram video. “2 of the most common mistakes I see with the single. 1.) Having a gap between body and the single leg. This will often cause the head to pop off as you spin to finish the single leg dump. (One exception to this variation is if you have the single leg straightened/extended with the lace, an ideal variation for people with long limbs). 2.) Not keeping the center leg planted as you spin. This can cause you and your opponent to continue to spin together.”

She Swims

Esparza likes to swim to keep herself in shape. While on her babymoon in Bermuda, Esparza did some snorkeling. She shared some photos of herself doing so in this Instagram post, captioning it, “TBT to last week in Bermuda for our babymoon 👶🏻 🌙! Said goodbye to my 2nd trimester (now almost 29weeks😮!). Esparza makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Esparza also talked about consistency in the caption. “In all seriousness, I’ve tried to maintain 4-5 light workouts a week, eat clean, pelvic floor therapy, plenty of water, and rest throughout my pregnancy to do my best to ensure a speedy recovery, healthy pregnancy and labor. Though sometimes no matter what we do, some things like certain pregnancy symptoms and things that come up in labor are out of our control, we definitely can do everything in our power to give ourselves the best chances of success. This is how I like to view my fights, sometimes we can’t control what goes on in the cage, but we can do our best to hedge our bets by training smart, dieting, flexibility, rest, etc. 4 weeks left, wish me the best for a smooth final stretch and labor 😁”

Carmen is all about the workout buddy system.“I didn’t like the training very much, but I liked it when I started my relationship with Sebastián, who was always very athletic,” she revealed in an interview. I hate doing it alone, I always have someone by my side.”

2. Work Out in the Morning – Hard and Long

Carmen rises and exercises. She sets her alarm for 4:00 am and hits the gym for a lengthy workout. “I train for two hours, from 5 to 7. I had never done it in my life, never and now I like it,” she revealed. Her set involves weight lifting and cardiovascular activities, including single-sided buttock and hamstring lifts to help strengthen the butt.

3. Dance

Villalobos also stays in shape with the help of dancing. Her Instagram feed is filled with reels of herself showing off her moves. Why is dancing the perfect workout? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. According to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine people who engage in moderate-intensity dancing are 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers are just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

4. Eat Healthy

Villalobos eats healthy throughout the day, starting with breakfast: A bowl filled with different berries, coconut, and yogurt. She posted this photo on Instagram enjoying the concoction.

5. Order Delivery

Carmen isn’t a chef, admitting that she and her husband order takeout a lot. “We are going at a loss here,” Carmen told Hola! when asked who does the cooking in their home. “Sebastián does not cook, neither do I.
