She Swims

Alix likes to swim to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram post, she is seen taking a dip in the clear blue water. Swimming has a lot of benefits. According to Better Health, “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.”
She Runs On The Treadmill
Alix shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with E! News. She says that she loves running on the treadmill, and does a popular workout from TikTok on it. “My routine often depends on what I’m feeling that day, but I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there.”
She Loves Pilates
Alix is a big fan of doing Pilates to keep herself in shape. She tells E! News that she likes going to classes and watching videos to help her do specific movements. “I also love Pilates classes or even following a few YouTube videos to target certain areas, my favorite being booty and abs!”
She’s Rocking Her Natural Skin
Alix is rocking her natural skin right now, even when she’s breaking out. She talked about what made her decide to do this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I see @drmianskin in NYC & we did full extractions to clean out my pores. The problem is, normally I go right into my routine which is putting on makeup to cover the redness (especially when I’m going out to dinners or to events). But wanted to give my skin a break this wknd so for the first time ever I opted not to wear any makeup on my skin. Seems dramatic, but for me I was petrified and felt like the only thing people were going to look at was my skin. After 3 days of being out fresh faced show my real skin … I realized no one cared or noticed. Because at the end of the day putting on makeup over blistering acne just to wash it off and irritate it isn’t for me.”
She Loves Spinach
Alix shared some of her favorite foods in this “What I Eat In A Day” TikTok. For breakfast, she makes an omelette with veggies, including spinach. According to The Cleveland Clinic, spinach is very good for you. “Spinach is rich in non-heme (plant-based) iron, making it an excellent choice if you follow a vegetarian or vegan meal plan. Iron helps your body make hemoglobin, a red blood cell protein that carries oxygen to organs and tissues.”
