Emeline Lambert is getting a workout in – wearing a two-piece workout set. In a new social media post the House of the Dragon star (aka Alyssa Targaryen, the late mommy of Daemon Targaryen) flaunts her amazingly fit figure during a sweat session. “Morning motivation ☀️,” the star, who appeared in the recent controversial incest scene of the show, captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Hiking

Emeline is a hiker. “Breathe in the air 🧘🏼 ♀️⛰️ With the pretty colors of autumn 🍂🍁,” she captioned a video of herself hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

2. Yoga

Emeline also enjoys doing yoga. “Reset. ☀️,” she captioned a photo of herself doing a yoga handstand. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. Kayaking

Emeline enjoys kayaking. “Sunday stroll 🐠,” she joked about a photo of herself rowing down a waterway at the Château de Chenonceau. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

4. Running

Running is another one of Emeline’s athletic hobbies. “Run,” she captioned a post of herself out for a jog. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. Strength Training

In her recent video Emeline works out al fresco. In her video she does a bunch of strength training exercises with zero equipment, using only a park picnic table to do lunges, mountain climbers, and split squats. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Singer and TV presenter Michelle Heaton is on a roll with her fitness routine. Heaton, 44, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a matching tank top, doing a strength training workout at the gym. “Calling all my menopausal women out there..👊❤️Come train with me … 🙏🏻Did you know that any exercise at all in menopause will help keep your weight from constantly fluctuating, helping lower stress, anxiety, and depression, all of which tend to show up liberally during and beyond menopause. No matter what you choose to do, something is better than nothing ladies! You got this 💯,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Heaton stays fit and full of energy.

1. Bright Workout Gear

Heaton knows how important the right exercise wear is for comfort during a workout. “As a busy mum, I sometimes wear gym stuff all day, so it has to look cool, feel good to the touch and be durable and comfy,” she told Asda Good Living. “I think wearing brightly-colored clothing can lift your mood. Plus if you’re in a large exercise class, it makes it easier to spot yourself in the mirror and correct your positions. Wear the right sports bra for the exercise you do. For yoga, I wear a bra that leaves me free to do more, then one with more support for interval training and weights.”

2. Small Workouts When Possible

Heaton fits in smaller workouts when she doesn’t have time for her regular routine. "No time to work out? Find ways to fit exercise into your daily routine,” she told Asda Good Living. “You don’t have to do it all in one go – you could try lunges as you can vacuum then star jumps whilst you’re watching TV. A few mini-workouts a day will add up. One of the best ways that I stay motivated is by leaving my gym equipment out so that I can see it. So it's always in my trail of thought - no excuses!"

3. Early Morning Workouts

Heaton arranges her workouts around her children—the earlier in the day, the better. "I try my very best to go to the gym four or five times a week,” she told Your Healthy Living. “I force myself to work hard there because I know I haven’t got long and I have to get back to the kids. I tend to get up really early and get there for about 6 a.m. before the kids wake up. I like to keep fit… I’m noticing that my metabolism is slowing down and I can’t eat all the things I want to eat any more. I like to try and look my best because it makes me happy."

4. Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream

2019,7,29,Ny,Elizabeth,Arden,Eight,Hour,Cream,SkinShutterstock

Heaton is a big fan of cult beauty product Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. “I always like to have Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream handy because it has so many uses,” she told Closer. “I use it as a lip balm, for cuts and grazes, I even use it on my hair, and it’s perfect for moisturizing skin when you’re on a flight. It’s always in my bag. I also use it on Faith [her daughter] when she grazes her skin, it’s really handy.”

5. Home Cooked Whole Foods

Heaton likes to cook at home from scratch. "We stay away from processed or starchy foods,” she told Your Healthy Living. “A typical day at home would begin with a smoothie made with blueberries and protein powder, then lunch would be an egg white omelet with a side salad and our evening meal would be some sort of protein with plenty of vegetables. I might have Greek yoghurt or a protein bar for a snack. We try to eat organic sometimes but as it can be expensive, it depends on our budget for the week."

Rhiannon Lambert is a wellness expert and influencer. She shares a lot of her tips and advice on Instagram. In a recent post, Lambert talked about the importance of not believing everything you hear. “⛔️DON’T DRINK TAP WATER⛔️… Did I get you?! 😅 To set the record straight, you absolutely can drink tap water and wash your food in it but a filter may be an investment piece… in fear mongering often there can be underlying tones of truth which make things hard to decipher but nothing is black and white 💦💧Not everything you see online is as healthy as it seems! 🧐This is just one example of the fearmongering I see daily on social media😳People post headlines designed to grab attention, but often without the full picture. It’s easy to get caught up in misinformation, but health decisions should be based on facts, not fear! 🚫If you’re ever unsure about anything related to nutrition or wellness, always talk to a registered nutritionist or dietitian. They’ll give you the evidence-based guidance you need to make informed choices✅”

She Loves Fruit & Yogurt Bowls

Lambert shared this post on Instagram of herself making a fruit and yogurt bowl. She captioned it, “HIGH PROTEIN AND FIBRE BOWL 🥣 with NO protein powder 😅yes you don’t need it to hit your targets if you eat well! Plus you can be plant based and vegan and still get enough protein too folks!! My kids (2 and 4) love this breakfast, I even top with chia jam sometimes too ( recipe on @rhi )which adds to the protein and fibre content again! 🦠 Gut bugs love the fibre 🧠 Your brain and body love the antioxidants in dark fruits 🦴 Figs contain calcium 🫐 Frozen blueberries or grapes from the freezer save the pennies her.”

She Cooks

Lambert shares a lot of her favorite healthy recipes on Instagram. In this post, she shared one of her favorite healthy desserts. “NO-BAKE BROWNIE CARAMEL BARS 🍫✨ nutritionist approved! Protein, fibre and healthy fats yummy! Comment ‘BAKE’ to get the full recipe sent straight to your DMs! 📧These indulgent yet simple brownie bars are the perfect treat - rich, gooey, and full of wholesome ingredients. No oven required! 😋👩🍳These bars not only taste amazing but also pack a nutritional punch: 👉Peanut Butter: A great source of protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied. 👉Cacao Powder: Rich in antioxidants and full of that delicious chocolatey flavour. 👉Almond Flour: Naturally gluten-free and loaded with vitamin E and healthy fats. These bars store well in the fridge for up to 1 week - perfect for prepping ahead! 🙌”

She Loves Red Lentils

Lambert loves red lentils. In this Instagram post, she made red lentil bread. Lambert captioned it, “This Red Lentil Bread is a powerhouse of plant-based nutrition - packed with protein, fibre & heart healthy fats. 💪 It’s also super soft and naturally gluten-free. 🌾I’ve been loving serving it warm with a drizzle of olive oil, alongside soups, or topped with avocado for breakfast. I use super simple everyday ingredients to make this bread and it’s so easy! Remember to tag me if you recreate it ✨📸”

She Wants To Workout

In the caption of this workout video on Instagram, Lambert talked about her desires to get in shape after having her kids. “She’s too thin. She’s put on weight. She looks so old. She has no life. She dresses so badly. She’s so fake. The list goes on… bored of this come on everyone let’s just celebrate ourselves and those around us please! It wasn’t easy for me to start exercising again. When T turned 2 I felt different, ready to get my strength back so I try once a week (doesn’t always happen) to exercise and I have noticed the difference from that one session!”

She Works With A Trainer

In the caption of the previous Instagram post, Lambert revealed that she works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. “In my line of work, I know all too well the benefits of exercise but tng I get it with my boys, what I was missing was the strength aspect, to help ME age well. I am so grateful to my amazing PT Ian @davidlloydclubs for being there to encourage me and push me from my comfort zone. I still have a long way to go but I’m getting there.”

Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good. Hembrow, 29, shared a video of herself wearing two-piece workout outfits, using heavy dumbbells. “Remember we all start somewhere. For me training isn't just about aesthetics, it's about the strength & mental gain I get from it. That strong feeling 🤌🏼🤌🏼 nothing quite like it. @womensbest creatine has always been a part of my journey & definitely has helped with my goals along the way,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Hembrow snapped back into shape after having two kids.

1. Working Out With Kids

Hembrow fits her workouts around her family. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,” the mother-of-two tells Women’s Health. “Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can. I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room. I recently posted an at home HIIT workout on my YouTube channel. I did it in the process of moving house when I was really feeling the need for a pick-me-up. There was a lot going on that week and I was feeling it, I decided to film and post it on my channel to show how I can fit in a quick workout throughout your day.”

2. Booty Diet

Hembrow had to fine-tune her diet to get enough protein. "For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she tells Women's Health. "But I didn’t supplement my meals with these, it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats. I eat every two to three hours. For breakfast I usually eat oats with Women’s Best protein powder. I always have protein shakes after my workouts and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables. I’ve been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!"

3. Postpartum Fitness

Hembrow kept working out throughout her pregnancies. “What helped me bounce back is definitely how I ate and trained as I was pregnant,” Hembrow said. “I ate very clean, I had a lot of veggies, a lot of protein, and I tried to only limit my treats to the weekends, so during the weekdays I was eating clean all the time. What kept me going is how I wanted to look after the baby. I knew I wanted to get fit again after the baby, and be in the best shape I could be, so I wanted to make it easier for myself by staying active while I was pregnant.”

4. Waist Binder

Hembrow wore a postpartum binder to help get back into shape again. “For about a week or so, I wore a postpartum binder — they gave me one at the hospital,” she says. “I definitely didn’t just snap back to my pre-baby body once I stepped out of the hospital, you still look pregnant when you step out of the hospital. I wasn’t in a rush or anything, but as soon as I got home I was eating clean, I was wearing the postpartum binder, and then I started working out about six weeks after the birth.”

5. Juggling It All

Hembrow has learned to go with the flow since having children. “Being a mum and running a business is still a juggling act for me, I honestly just try my best to manage my time and plan but as a mom, you know that sometimes planning goes out the window,” she tells Women’s Best. “I’ve definitely learned not to beat myself up about failure. You can’t do everything right all the time, failing is a part of being a parent and a business owner. You learn from your mistakes and you’re often smarter from it. I guess you could say becoming a mum made me more resilient in my home life and business.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
