Cindy Crawford Lives by These Lean-Body Habits at 59

Cindy Crawford is one of the most iconic supermodels of all time. She's known for her appearance in the music video Freedom! '90 by George Michael, her legendary Pepsi commercials, and her skincare brand Meaningful Beauty. Cindy has been gracing the modeling world for decades, yet she seems to defy the aging process. Here are five things Cindy Crawford swears by to maintain her stunning supermodel physique.
Consistency Is the Name of Cindy's Game
The 59-year-old model discussed her fitness routine in an episode of the Him & Her Show. She stressed that consistency has been key to her success.
"I probably work out like four or five days a week. And then if I get an extra one in—an extra hike or a chance to swim—that's just great. It's the long game; it's the consistency. You don't work out for one week and be like, 'Okay, that's good, I'm good,' you know?" Cindy shared.

She Loves Reformer Pilates
Cindy currently performs Pilates twice a week. She especially loves the reformer.
"Even because I sometimes get lower back stuff, and even if my back's hurting, I can do Pilates, because I can modify it, and I've never gotten hurt doing Pilates. I know it can be really, really hard too, but I find it very opening and feminine in a way," the celeb shared.
She's Not Obsessed With Youth
Cindy has been called "ageless"; however, she doesn't love the label.
"Being told I'm ageless isn't right, especially because getting older is hard enough, never mind that we live in a youth-obsessed culture," she told Haute Living. "I'm not 25, so why should I be trying to look 25? Why do I want someone to mistake me for a 25-year-old? I've had children. I have all this life experience."

She Runs
Cindy shares some of her go-to workouts on Instagram. One form of exercise she seems to enjoy? Running. In a clip Cindy previously posted, she's running up a picturesque staircase overlooking the ocean.
Running on its own is a great calorie-burning cardiovascular workout; adding stairs into the mix boosts the workout's intensity.

She Does Squats
Love them or hate them, squats are an excellent lower-body exercise.
Cindy Crawford shared a clip of herself doing squats during a session with her trainer. In it, the model has her arms raised, her back pressed against an exercise ball, and her feet out as she works her quads and performs squats. She captioned the post, "Back at it with @sarahperla1."
