Eva Longoria is an extremely successful actress, director, producer, and businesswoman. She's also considered one of the most beautiful women on the planet. Eva hasn't seemed to age a bit since her days on the ABC series, Desperate Housewives. Her secret? A solid wellness routine. Here are some habits Eva Longoria swears by to stay radiant, youthful, and fit.

She's "Always Been an Exerciser"

Eva makes exercise a part of her regular routine.

"I've always been an exerciser," the celeb told TODAY.com. "It gives me energy. I don't really do it for vain reasons, I do it for my mental health. I was an aerobics instructor in college, I was a trainer. My degree is in kinesiology, so it's just been part of my lifestyle. It's not something that I do, it's part of my life."

Even amid her hectic schedule, the actress carves out 30 minutes to a full hour to work out.

She Believes in Moderation and Gravitates Toward Healthy Foods

The Desperate Housewives star doesn't follow a super strict diet, but rather practices moderation.

"I don't think I live by any hard and fast rules of restriction. I think it's just moderation and just common sense," she said. "I'm lucky that I gravitate to healthy things. I love fish and vegetables. I love chicken and vegetables. I love beef and vegetables."

She Cooks

Eva is known for being an incredible cook. She shares many of her favorite recipes and kitchen skills on Instagram.

In one video, the actress is seen preparing a delicious batch of chicken enchiladas. She captioned the post, "Enchiladas anyone? I love making these whenever friends and family come over. All you need are tortillas, cheese, chicken and of course, a good sauce! Tag me if you recreate this."

She Does Trampoline Exercises

The celeb is no stranger to posting workout videos and spreading fitness inspiration on Instagram. One unique form of exercise she does to keep herself in shape? Rebounding.

Eva posted one video of herself doing various trampoline exercises, such as high knees, squats, and jumping jacks. She captioned it, "Never miss a Monday!"

She Lifts Weights

As if all that wasn't impressive enough, Eva incorporates weights into her fitness routine.

She told Women's Health, "I do very heavy weights. I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl."

She Limits Her Wine

Eva limits her wine consumption in order to get uninterrupted beauty rest.

"I never used to feel a sugar rush when I would drink wine," she told Women's Health. "But one day, Gloria Estefan told me she can't drink wine because she wakes up at 4 a.m. The day she told me that, it started happening to me. I was like, 'Damn you, Gloria!'"
