Julia Danielle Whitesel is a competitor in the IFBB. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Earlier this month, Whitesel shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in a reel. She captioned it, ā€œFavvy training day of the week. Finally got to play with the new vertical squat up at @gp_athletics It is aggresssssive. Today waaaas:: single leg press x10 till ya canā€™t get 10 no mo. Plate loaded ham curls 3-4 sets in the 10-15 range. Vertical squat - kept adding plates xfailure till 6-8 range. Superset of lunges from the belt squat w/ a quad bias leg press x20. Leg extensions SS abductions in the 15-20 range. My legs already hurrrrrtz. Still just over here enjoying off-season. I love my house and my dogs and my husband and work and iā€™m happy with that right now while we get fudgin huge in the mean time.ā€

She Strength Trains

Whitesel does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She is seen using weights in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training is extremely beneficial. ā€œBy stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.ā€

She Does Squats

Julia Danielle Whitesel is seen doing squats with a vertical squat up machine.

Julia Danielle Whitesel/Instagram

Whitesel is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports, ā€œSquats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump ā€¦ everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities.ā€

She Does Lunges

Julia Danielle Whitesel does lunges

Julia Danielle Whitesel/Instragram

Whitesel is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that they have a lot of health benefits. ā€œThe lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.ā€

She Does Leg Extensions

Julia Danielle Whitesel is pictured using a leg extension machine.

Julia Danielle Whitesel/Instagram

Whitesel is also seen doing leg extensions in her Instagram video. Leg extensions have a lot of benefits. Asphalt Green says, ā€œYouā€™ve heard of lower body exercise like squats or leg presses. But there's a pair of machines that will help you work specific muscles that other leg exercises can miss: the leg extension and hamstring curl machines. These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!ā€

She Does Deadlifts

Whitesel shared this lower body workout video on Instagram. One exercise she is seen doing in it is deadlifts. She captioned the post, ā€œLeg day was a fair handed maiden. Mighty kind of ya. How could I ever repay ya. Evermore. Straight legs from the belt, 6 plates on the true and then another go at 7. Maybe wait till after the show for 8, when leg day will be even more of a fair handed maiden. Stay sweet yā€™all.ā€

Maureen Blanquisco is modeling workout clothes. In a new social media post the IFBB contestant shows off her incredible body in a blue exercise set, driving her followers wild. ā€œTo all my baddies out there! This color makes your tan complexion POP,ā€ she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. ā€œSo gorgeous šŸ©·šŸ„°ā€ commented one. ā€œOKKKAAAY SLAAY SLAAY,ā€ added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Swimming

When Maureen was younger she was a swimmer. ā€œI always loved competing and performing. I usually call it ā€œperformingā€ instead of competing. Swimming was an individual sport. If I wanted to win, it all depended on me. I never liked depending on a team. If we lost because of them, I would get very frustrated,ā€ she told Muscular Development.

2. Gymnastics and Cheerleading

Silver,Pom,Poms,On,White,Background,IsolationShutterstock

She then moved on to gymnastics and cheerleading. ā€œCheerleading was fine until one time we fell during a stunt, and it wasnā€™t my fault. I said, I think I work better alone,ā€ this is when she discovered weights. ā€œI started lifting weights at age 18. Thatā€™s around the time you want to look and feel good, putting on makeup. I was doing fitness training anyway, so I started to look for something I could do competitively that fit that. I had always wanted to compete in beauty pageants, but at 5 feet tall I was too short. Then I saw the Bikini Olympia on YouTube, and the woman who stuck out to me the most was India Paulino. She was my first idol! I thought it looked so cool. The women looked amazing, and this was the closest thing to a beauty pageant I could do. I thought I could just go compete in the Olympia. I had no idea you have to turn pro first, then qualify, the whole long process. But in my head, I only had one goal, to go to the Olympia.ā€

3. Here Is How She Preps for Shows

ā€œI started prepping for the Olympia right after the Boston Pro in March, so that was seven months. It was a very chill prep because I was eating clean, but I was eating more than ever in a prep. I was still dieting, but it was more calories, and I did have one cheat meal a week. Now I see this is the best approach for me: a longer prep but with more food,ā€ Maureen said.

4. Her ā€œBreaksā€ Involve Cardio

When she does go on vacation, she still exercises. ā€œI did go on vacation to Hawaii with my partner the week after the Olympia. That was on my bucket list. I did cardio every day, but I took five days off from weights. I had a couple of treats, but nothing crazy,ā€ she says.

5. She Doesnā€™t ā€œGain Too Muchā€ During the Offseason

Marueen avoids overindulging in the off season. ā€œI have a very clear mindset that if I gain too much, it will be a lot harder for me,ā€ she told Muscle & Fitness. ā€œIn Bikini, itā€™s all about condition, and while you could be ā€˜tooā€™ hard, you certainly canā€™t be soft, either.ā€

Bianca Belair is a wrestler with WWE. Sheā€™s recently picked up a new hobby: sewing. In June, she shared a video on Instagram of herself sewing. She captioned the post, ā€œSewing is Dope! Itā€™s a skill that can seem really intimidating, but it really is about just diving in, trying, failing, and just trying againā€¦ of course you can take some classes but in my case I just watched a lot of YouTube and learned thru trial and error!ā€ How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bianca Belair stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Strength Trains

Belair shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. ā€œMy training is basically strength trainingā€ says Belair. ā€œI do agility training. I do a lot of CrossFit-type of stuff and we have a great coach at the Performance Center, Sean Hayes, who does all types of powerlifting and just general strength.ā€

2. Sheā€™s Confident

Belair tells Muscle & Fitness that sheā€™s confident in herself and her abilities. ā€œI donā€™t ask for opportunities because I feel like whatever comes my way is what I deserve and I donā€™t have to ask for it, but Iā€™ve been sitting here proving myself over and over, and I finally got that spotlight. A lot of people were like, ā€˜Who is this girl?ā€™, ā€˜Where has she been hidden?ā€™ or ā€˜Oh, sheā€™s so good nowā€™. Itā€™s not now, Iā€™ve always been good, itā€™s just now you finally know who I am and now you are seeing what Iā€™ve been saying [all along]. For me, pressure is just a part of the game, and part of competition. Iā€™ve been competing since I was a little girl so I am used to it, Iā€™m always ready for whatever comes my way.ā€

3. She Doesnā€™t Diet

Belair shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Womenā€™s Health. She says that she had some body image and eating struggles and she doesnā€™t like to diet for this reason. ā€œI feel like every woman has this moment where they have to figure out what works for them. For me, I donā€™t do diets because I find myself becoming a little obsessive. Everything in moderation. I don't believe in overindulging or in depriving myself of anything.ā€

4. She Eats A Protein-Packed Breakfast

Belair also shared some of her favorite meals in her Womenā€™s Health interview. She says that she eats a lot of protein in the morning. ā€œIā€™m not a morning person. But it doesnā€™t matter if I wake up at seven, eight, or noon, Iā€™m still having breakfast food first thing when I wake up. Breakfast is when I try to focus on getting lots of protein in. I might do a piece of cinnamon toast to get some carbs in there. Iā€™m also a big coffee drinker, since Iā€™m not a morning person it helps me wake up.ā€

5. Sheā€™s Consistent

Belair tells Essence that she makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. ā€œMy husband and I; we constantly workout all the time,ā€ Belair says. ā€œWeā€™re always in shape, but we really start hitting it even harder on the roads for WrestleMania. So Iā€™ve been dieting, Iā€™ve been working out extra hard, going to the ring, working out in the ring. You really just want to bring your best self to the table because thereā€™s going to be 70,000, 80,000 plus people in the stadium and millions of people watching on their TV screens.ā€

Allen has gorgeous skin and hair, and she believes that a healthy diet and lifestyle is why she has them. She tells Women Fitness, ā€œThere have been times where my skin and hair havenā€™t been in the best condition and I believe itā€™s lifestyle and diet that cause and can fix that! When my hair was damaged from travelling I made a conscious effort to eat better: more fruit and veg and more iron. Iā€™m lucky Iā€™ve always had good skin but I preach that at least 2 liters of water a day will help to nourish your skin and hair. And I minimise dairy products and refined sugar. I also try and have as many red skinned fruits and veg in my diet as I believe it helps with healthy skin tone!ā€

Alice De Bortoli doesnā€™t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless styleā€”she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoliā€™s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether sheā€™s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, sheā€™s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, ā€œThe secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! āœØšŸ’¦šŸŽ€ What product can you absolutely not live without?ā€

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. ā€œThe good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape šŸ§”for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion šŸ¤for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended šŸ¤Ž for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ā¤ļø šŸ”„what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?ā€

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, ā€œGrandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.ā€

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, ā€œStrong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.ā€

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. ā€œYouā€™re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While youā€™re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, youā€™re also getting healthier. Itā€™s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. Youā€™ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.ā€

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, ā€œThis is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also donā€™t know why the audio isnā€™t in sync for half of it šŸ«£ but here ya go šŸ’—ā€

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. ā€œI've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,ā€ Cavallari said. ā€œI used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ā€˜whiteā€™ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.ā€™

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. ā€œI love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.ā€

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. ā€œThis salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.ā€

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. ā€œHe kicks my ass,ā€ she says. ā€œHe pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight Iā€™ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like Iā€™m the strongest Iā€™ve ever been.ā€

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. ā€œMy goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,ā€ she says. ā€œIā€™m really petite. I have no hips. Iā€™m just small. And so if I donā€™t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.ā€

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, ā€œSC-&-RSšŸ•ļøšŸŒ…ā¤ļø Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.ā€

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. ā€œSwimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. Thatā€™s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.ā€

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. ā€œWhen you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.ā€

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isnā€™t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.ā€

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. ā€œThe other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,ā€ Andrade said. ā€œI think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.ā€

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. ā€œThere was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. Thereā€™s cake. Thereā€™s cookies. A lot of things.ā€
