Mila Kunis has been in the public eye for over three decades, starting with her role as Jackie Burkhart on That '70s Show. Fans also still love watching her movies, including Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Ted, Bad Moms, and many more. The 41-year old actress and mom of two is married to Ashton Kutcher, whom she met while filming That '70s Show.

The Black Swan still looks absolutely amazing. How does she do it with such a busy life? Mila Kunis consumes a healthy diet and works out. Here are some things about the star's diet and exercise routine, which keep her body toned in her 40s.

She Whips up Avocado Toast for Breakfast

Mila revealed in a video for Harper's Bazaar that she eats breakfast about two hours after she has "old-school drip coffee" with Silk Oat Milk Creamer.

Mila will typically have her kids' leftovers for breakfast, but to make the meal more satiating, she'll whip up some delicious avocado toast.

"When I make my own avocado toast, I like to make sure to grab bread that I have," she said. "So whatever I have is what we're using. A lot of times, it's something healthy, because, again, I have children, so you try to do as much as you can. So it's like Dave's Killer Bread … it'll be like, some whole-grain bread with nuts and things and texture and crunch … I toast it. I then grab my avocado; I'll cut it, scoop it, I'll smash it." Mila will then top it off with a bit of Everything But The Bagel Seasoning and an egg.

Avocado toast is a very nutritious choice to enjoy for breakfast, as it's chick-full of protein, dietary fiber, good fats, and vitamins.

Protein smoothies are a lunchtime favorite for Mila and Ashton.

"There's a service that comes and delivers smoothies to your house. It's frozen, you put it in the freezer, it's really convenient," Mila told Harper's Bazaar. "I stick it out, or my husband does it, pours in a non-dairy milk for me, and then a protein powder. And then we smoothie it up."

Protein is important inclusion in everyone's diet when it comes to building and maintaining bone strength, muscle, and other functions.

Mila's dinners are packed with protein. One meal she enjoys is a bowl with a salad or grain base (such as quinoa), along with plenty of veggies.

Since her daughter and husband are pescatarians, Mila shared, "I don't cook two separate meals; 'cause I'm not a restaurant. It's oftentimes much easier for me just to do a fish and a healthy meal throughout the week … I do baked salmon, fishes."

Another one of Mila's favorites? Smoked herring with warm potatoes, olive oil, dill, and salt.

She Does Full-Body Workouts

Workouts for Mila are consistent. She told  Harper's Bazaar at one point that she trains three times each week. When she worked with personal trainer Brian Abercrombie, they used a P.A.S.E technique, which stands for Power, Agility, Strength, and Endurance, according to Women's Health. This method worked well for the celeb, as it's a total-body workout rather than focusing on one body part at a time, incorporating power, agility, strength, and endurance all in one shot.
