Sabrina Carpenter is one of today's hottest pop princesses. Last year, her album Short 'n Sweet produced hit songs like "Espresso," "Taste," and "Please Please Please." Sabrina went on to win two awards at this year's Grammys. She's currently on a world tour, and her performance outfits—which include babydoll dresses, platform heels, corsets, fishnets, and lots of sparkles—have been going viral. Here are some of the secrets behind the celeb's 24/7 glow and fit physique.

Prioritizing Skincare "Enhances" Her Mood

Sabrina shared with Marie Claire that skincare is a major priority to her.

"Skincare is my time to myself every day that I feel is really important, and definitely enhances my mood. I've been doing the same thing for a long time, but it's just like a normal skincare routine: cleanser and toner and sunscreen. Every time I do it, I automatically feel a lot better, and it makes me feel a little bit more centered."

She Uses Vitamin C Products

The "Espresso" singer also revealed some of her favorite skincare products, which are chock-full of vitamin C.

"I usually try to find really good vitamin C products as well," she said. "I just started using this vitamin C serum from 111SKIN, and it's really, really lovely. I would say all the rollers and the sculptors—I try sometimes (if I have more time), but most of the time I'm lucky that I get my initial skincare in."

As for Her Gorgeous Locks, She Tries To Stay Away From Hot Tools

Sabrina is known for her beautifully voluminous blonde locks. In order to take care of her hair, she stays away from hot tools when she can.

"For haircare, I don't do a whole lot, to be honest," the celeb told Marie Claire. "I try to not use heat on my hair as often as possible. I have textured hair, so on days when I am not working, I usually just use sea salt spray, and that's about it—which is nice, again, there's always tools being used on your hair, and I think everything in life is about balance. Truly, that is like my rule no matter what: It's all a balance. You can have the days when you're dressing up a lot and playing and having a lot of fun, and then to balance it out those days when you literally just look like a really, really humbled human being who's just taking a break and not so focused on [their] outward appearance."

She Works Exercise Into Her Busy Schedule

When it comes to working out, Sabrina said she doesn't exercise daily, but it's all about balance. She's also incredibly active onstage!

"I'm a little [casual] with exercise," she said. "It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined."

She Enjoys Exercising With Friends

Having a go-to workout buddy or getting involved in group exercise classes can be very motivating; it also makes fitness not seem like a chore. Sabrina is a fan of working out with others.

"I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home," she said. "I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out."

She Uses a Sauna

Sabrina enjoys using saunas to keep her skincare and wellness game strong. In one of her Instagram carousels, the celeb is pictured relaxing in an infrared sauna. She tagged the brand Sun Home Saunas in the snap.

She Loves Green Tea

The pop star shared her morning routine in an interview with ELLE. One thing she swears by? Sipping green tea, which is chock-full of health benefits. According to research, green tea can not only help reduce body fat, but it can also reduce inflammation and is used in many popular skincare products.

Sabrina also shared that she kicks off each day by waking up to the natural sunlight and carves out some time to herself. The celeb's routine includes using an essential oil diffuser, complete with "energetic oils that are supposed to wake me up, essentially," and lighting some sage.
