It’s huge in the UK, US, and Australia, and there are several spinoffs from Beyond The Villa, to Aftersun, to Love Island Games. Some of the Islanders have become huge stars, like Georgia Harrison, Arabella Chi, Maura Higgins, and Leah Kateb. Many people are wondering what they do to look so good. Here are 7 secrets from some of your favorite Love Island bombshells.

Huda Mustafa

Huda Mustafa became one of the breakout stars of this most recent US season. She spilled the secrets behind her amazing makeup to Allure Magazine. “I have a very thorough makeup routine,” she says. “I like Benefit Cosmetics [Hoola] Bronzer, the Charlotte Tilbury [Beauty Light Wand] highlighter and [Airbrush Flawless] setting spray. I love Hourglass brushes and concealers. I loved the Maybelline concealers as well in the villa. I used the Natasha Denona primer.”

Arabella Chi

Arabella Chi is one of the biggest stars of the UK version. After appearing on the fifth series, she was able to launch a successful modeling career and beauty line. Arabella shared some of her go-to upper body exercises in this YouTube video with Boux Avenue. She does exercises like rolling crunches, side plank crunches, and mountain climbers with push backs.

Georgia Harrison

Georgia Harrison is one of Love Island UK‘s biggest stars. After appearing on the show, she appeared on The Challenge, Ex On The Beach, and has become an advocate for sexual assault survivors. Georgia shared this video of herself doing squats with a barbell on Instagram. In the caption, she shared her tips for improvement. “When squatting, it is so important to keep the weight in your heels and your chest up, to make sure you aren’t damaging your knees. Always keep your knees and toes facing the same way and squeeze your 🍑 when you get to the top.”

Amaya Espinal

 

Amaya Espinal, better known as “Amaya Papaya” was one of the recent winners of the US season, alongside Bryan Arenales. On the show, Amaya had one of her quotes go viral on TikTok, and became known for running around the villa. However, she told TODAY.com that her running was her way of keeping up with her fitness routine. “I literally was always on good energy, high energy. I jog back home, so I wasn’t able to jog in the villa besides my zoomies. So at least I was getting my steps in while doing that, right?”

Leah Kateb

Leah Kateb was a fan-favorite on last year’s US season. She shared some of her go-to workouts in this video on her TikTok. Leah does a lot of ab and leg workouts to keep herself in shape and looking swimsuit-ready. In it, she is seen doing toe touches with weights, push-ups, and bridges. Leah does three sets of fifteen movements for each exercise.

Kaz Crossley

Kaz Crossley not only stunned on Love Island, she went on to win back-to-back seasons of The Challenge. Kaz shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. “I love training Muay Thai. I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog.”

Gabby Allen

In addition to her time on Love Island and All-Stars, Gabby Allen is also a successful trainer, fitness influencer, and model. She shared some of her wellness secrets in the caption of this Instagram post, including the revelation that she began running to keep herself in shape. “Simple things such as, starting running which I have always said wasn’t for me has been such an integral part of my journey this year! I would confidently say it has played a huge part in balancing my mental health and would recommend it to anybody who has a busy brain! Even just a jog for 15 minutes does wonders.”
