Adriana Lima is the most iconic, and longest-running Victoria’s Secret Angel. She tells Marie Claire that her diet and workout routines are all about variety. “I’ve been switching things up a little bit. I love boxing, but more recently I’ve been doing a lot of circuit training and running. I’ve found that keeping fit on the road is really challenging. I always want to try new types of food that may not be all that healthy.”
Gisele Bundchen

When she was an Angel, Gisele Bundchen became known for her horse walk on the runway, which took off with other models. Gisele shares a lot of her wellness tips on Instagram. In this post, she talked about the importance of having a healthy mindset. “Being healthy is more than a clean diet and exercise. It’s about our attitudes, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and actions.
When life gets challenging always remember that the sun rises everyday bringing a new opportunity for us to try again and do better.”
Josephine Skriver

Josephine Skriver revealed to Byrdie that strength training has become her go-to workout. “I’ve tried everything from yoga to spinning to Pilates, and the workout that I’ve landed on is weights. I finally got past the myth that girls develop muscles so quickly that I was scared I would lift one weight and be bulky, but really, if you stick with it and take a few weeks off, muscle memory helps you snap back.”
Lais Ribeiro

One of the most important factors behind Lais Ribeiro’s Angel figure? A healthy diet. “Eating proper nutrition is very important when maintaining a healthy and happy body,” she says to Medium. “Despite my busy schedule, I make sure to get my body the nutrition it needs with a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. In the mornings, the first thing I do is make green juice. You get all sorts of vitamins and minerals. It also helps with my digestive system and boosts my energy.”
Jasmine Tookes

Last year, Jasmine Tookes went on a juice cleanse, and documented the process on Instagram. She told WhoWhatWear that she saw a lot of positive benefits from the cleanse. “There were so many benefits to that cleanse! It helped with bloating and made my skin so glowy. I also hope that … the workout and fitness routines I post … can also inspire people to feel good inside and out.”
Heidi Klum

Before she was a Project Runway host, Heidi Klum was one of the most successful and prominent Victoria’s Secret Angels. One of her favorite ways to stay in shape is going on runs. “My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City,” Heidi tells Glamour. “It’s a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going. That and knowing there is a Starbucks coffee at the end of the route!”
Tyra Banks

Tyra Banks has a long and successful modeling career, but being a Victoria’s Secret Angel was one of her biggest achievements. Tyra shared some of the skincare tricks she picked up from her mother to TODAY.com. “Exfoliation was a big deal in our household. Nothing fancy, just a washcloth and using it twice a day. In the morning and at night. A wet washcloth with the same soap that didn’t dry you out.”
