A few weeks ago, she shared a post on Instagram of herself doing squats, and talking about the benefits. Aliotti captioned the post, “Let’s talk all things Squats. 💪 Squats aren’t just another exercise—they're a game-changer! From building muscle to enhancing your balance and flexibility, squats deliver incredible benefits that go beyond just leg day.”

1. She Does Squats

As you can see from her Instagram post, Aliotti likes to do squats to stay in shape. Allina Health states that the exercise is very beneficial. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

2. She Loves Eggs

Aliotti shares a lot of her favorite healthy foods on Instagram. One thing she incorporates into her diet are eggs. She shared this post on Instagram talking about the health benefits of eggs. Aliotti captioned it, “Eggs are more than just breakfast food; they’re a powerhouse for muscle growth and fat loss! 🍳💪Comment below with your favorite egg dish or tag a friend who needs to know this!”

3. She Works Out When She Can

In the caption of this Instagram video, Aliotti revealed her secrets for staying consistent with exercise. “STOP TRYING TO WORK FITNESS INTO YOUR LIFE! Make your life work INTO into your fitness… If you are trying to find that perfect opportunity to carve out time on your terms- it most likely won’t happen but if you look at your life and how can I fit it in- even if that means the beach BEFORE your kids Jr lifeguard competition, perfect! That’s how you do it. While the crowd waits you get it done 👏There are only excuses if you look for them but when you start to see the endless ways to work it INTO your current life situation, you realize that picture perfect opportunity I was looking for was right in front of my face the entire time! THIS WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING!!”

4. She Uses A Kettlebell

Aliotti likes to workout with a kettlebell. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. Aliotti captioned the post, “5 exercises with ONE piece of equipment- the kettle bell!! Work your entire body with this less than 10 minute circuit. 5 exercises, 45 seconds each with 15 sec in between each 2x and done!! Less is more when you are intentional and consistent!!”

5. She Works Her Whole Body

Aliotti makes sure to work her entire body when she exercises. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “No matter what body part you are working, engage your entire body… just because you are doing a push up doesn’t just mean you are working your upper body, you can activate your entire body and work your core and legs at the same time! NOTICE the core engagement BEFORE performing the push up!”

In a new social media post the powerlifter shows off her strength and impressive physique in a two-piece exercise set during a workout. “So this was my last squat workout before flying out to Florida to compete at Queen of the Platform, and I felt some tearing in my right outer quad halfway up. The swelling was not that bad so I thought there was about a 50/50 chance I could still compete. I flew out here, weighed in, and warmed up to about 200kg before making the difficult decision to pull out of the meet. It’s a pretty minor injury but I still felt a sharp pain that let me know it was not going to be a good day. I just need a little more time to heal,” she captioned the Instagram video.
