She Strength Trains
Whitesel does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She is seen using weights in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training is extremely beneficial. âBy stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.â
She Does Squats

Whitesel is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports, âSquats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump ⊠everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities.â
She Does Lunges

Whitesel is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that they have a lot of health benefits. âThe lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.â
She Does Leg Extensions

Whitesel is also seen doing leg extensions in her Instagram video. Leg extensions have a lot of benefits. Asphalt Green says, âYouâve heard of lower body exercise like squats or leg presses. But there's a pair of machines that will help you work specific muscles that other leg exercises can miss: the leg extension and hamstring curl machines. These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!â
She Does Deadlifts
Whitesel shared this lower body workout video on Instagram. One exercise she is seen doing in it is deadlifts. She captioned the post, âLeg day was a fair handed maiden. Mighty kind of ya. How could I ever repay ya. Evermore. Straight legs from the belt, 6 plates on the true and then another go at 7. Maybe wait till after the show for 8, when leg day will be even more of a fair handed maiden. Stay sweet yâall.â
