I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Brittany Hockley’s efforts at becoming an Instagram influencer are definitely a work in progress. Hockley, 36, shared a video of herself wearing a gray two-piece workout outfit, trying to create a viral moment to a Taylor Swift song. “When your transition almost ends in concussion and pants wetting 🤣 #influencersinthewild #taylorswift #willnowhavewilddreams,” she captioned the funny post. Hockley may have been kicked out of the jungle but she’s hitting the ground running. Here’s what her health and wellness routine looks like.

1. Finding Time to Exercise

Hockley’s work life is incredibly busy but she tries to get some movement in at some point in the day. “My work is too chaotic to have a routine, haha,” she told Who Magazine. “But I don’t mind that! Let’s call it organized chaos. I make sure I exercise every day and have a great coffee every day though!”

2. Skincare Solutions

Hockley is making an effort to take care of her skin after an adolescence spent in the sun. “When I was younger I spent far too many hours in the sun, surfing, sun baking, playing sports, and I never really thought much about skincare,” she told Who Magazine. “It was only in my late 20s I started to pay more attention to my skin and the possible damage I had done.”

3. She Has a Weak Stomach

Hockley was terrified about the food challenges in the jungle for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! “Without a doubt, the one thing I was dreading before I went in, believe it or not, wasn’t the snakes,” she told Women’s Weekly. “It wasn’t the dirt and the animals and insects and the heights. It was the food. I prayed every day to get through without an eating challenge. I have a really weak stomach and, you know, I can vomit at the smell of melting butter or cooking mince; I’m just very fussy.”

4. Beauty Brand

Hockley partnered with esmi cosmetics after trying and loving their products. “I love skincare and definitely make it a priority in my life,” she told Who Magazine. “I’ve always spent a lot of time, energy and money trying out new skincare and treatments to find out what works for me. I loved esmi as soon as I tried it. The 24k Gold Nourishing Oil and the Booster Masks have both been staples in my life for a long time. My skin genuinely feels hydrated and healthy when I use esmi.”

5. Always Evolving

Hockley loves her career and hopes to continue to grow. “I hope I continue growing and learning in the world of entertainment,” she told Canberra Daily. “I just love it so much and feel so at home. I’ve been in podcasting and radio for a few years now and I hope to be in that space a long time, but I’d also love to try to re-focus some of my energy on acting and presenting. I’ve co-written/developed a TV series and shot the pilot for it, and I have a few other pieces in the works. I would love to keep working on having those picked up!”

Clothing designer and Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is in Jamaica. And she just shared a lot of stunning photos on Instagram, including one of herself in a pink swimsuit. McSweeney captioned the post, “A thirst trap and a slice of heaven in my fav place, with my fav people BLESS UP!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Leah McSweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Box

McSweeney revealed on the Bravo podcast, The Daily Dish, that she loves to box. She even says that boxing has helped her prepare for all the drama and craziness of being a Real Housewife. “I mean, it’s such a psychological and mental strengthening exercise. It definitely helped me prepare.”

2. She’s Sober

"Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It" Book Launch PartyJamie McCarthy/Getty Images

In an interview with Yahoo Life, McSweeney revealed that she was sober, and had thought about making the choice to do so for a while. She said that the pandemic and lockdowns helped her make the choice to get sober. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. "…It's very hard to drink in a light and fun way during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic when you’re stuck at home, and people are dying everywhere. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."

3. Her Take on Fame

“I’m kind of the same [since becoming a Housewife]. I’m the same, but my life is a little different. It doesn’t feel like anything is different, but I know it is. I am still shocked that people recognize me. I always think that it’s someone I know when they’re looking at me and they say, ‘Hi’—like I know them from somewhere. Obviously, I think the show gave my life a boost. I needed a little boost and that’s what it did. I will say that I am a lot busier than I have been in a while, but all good stuff,” she told NewBeauty.

4. She Has a Book Coming Up About Mental Health

“I think that one of the best parts about being on the show has been being able to reach people and to have conversations about different topics, like mental health,” she told NewBeauty. She was diagnosed with bipolar II. “I was stunned when it got brought up on the show. but in hindsight, I’m so happy it did. My book”—Chaos Theory: How to Embrace the Unexpected and Find Meaning in the Madness, coming out in April—“it’s going to cover a lot of that stuff, too. I feel like we have been in a collective mental health crisis…our world is upside down on so many levels, but I think that the conversation has been brought to the forefront. There’s still so much stigma around it, though. I think we still have a long way to go.”

5. She Has Done Anti-Workouts

“I just started posting these little work out videos to help me motivate myself to work out,” McSweeney, 37, told Page Six. “I called them ‘anti-influencer’ workouts because I am not a fitness influencer nor do I care to be.” These “non-workout workouts” involve yoga poses, too. “I’m not a professional,” she told us. “I’m just a regular chick trying to not let herself go during the quarantine.”

Paralympic snowboarder Brenna Huckaby is opening up about body image issues with an inspiring new Instagram post. Huckaby, 28, shared a video of herself wearing shorts and a cropped tank top, talking to the camera about recent weight gain. “Right now, celebrating myself and my body as it is feels both healthy and healing. I hope that by sharing this vulnerable moment, l can inspire you to embrace self-love, too. To be clear: We don’t need our bodies to do ANYTHING for us to love them. We deserve love because we exist. BUT sometimes loving my body takes a moment of work & this is my moment 🤭,” she captioned the post. Huckaby is in training for the 2026 winter Olympics—here’s what that looks like.

1. Winter Olympics

Brenna Huckaby.1Brenna Huckaby/Instagram

Huckaby is in training mode for the next winter Olympics. “My big goal is [the Paralympic Games in] 2026,” she told Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “My goal is to claim two gold medals at those games. And then we have World Championships next year and I feel like if I can perform well there, it’s gonna just set me up for success in 2026.”

2. Training Regimen

Brenna Huckaby.2Brenna Huckaby/Instagram

Huckaby hits the gym five times a week. “I wake up at 5:30 a.m., and then I get to the gym at 6 and I have a trainer [who I work with],” she told Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “He gives me programming [that includes] a lot of weights, a lot of power [moves], getting my stability muscles really strong because in my sport, you crash hard, and if you’re not super fit, you’re going to get injured. So it’s just a lot of focus on injury prevention and power. You need to be strong and fast.”

3. SI Model

Brenna Huckaby.3Brenna Huckaby/Instagram

Huckaby is thrilled to be an SI model. “When I first shot with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit way back, I wanted it to mean something for women with disabilities, or who don’t fit the standard of beauty,” she told the publication. “It was really scary to put myself out there in that way, but seeing the ripple effect of change within the beauty industry has been amazing; to be able to celebrate that moment and all the other moments of growth within the industry has been amazing.”

4. More Than Just My Body

Brenna HuckabyBrenna Huckaby/Instagram

Huckaby is rightfully proud of her achievements. “There’s no wrong way to be,” she told Tonal. “I bought into this narrative that my body needed to be a certain way so that I could be worthy or enough, deserving of anything in my life. And the second I decided to take a refund on that, and say ‘I don’t accept this. I don’t want this,’ was the moment that I started to see myself as more than just my body.”

5. Using Her Platform to Help

Brenna Huckaby.5Brenna Huckaby/Instagram

Huckaby wants to use her voice and platform to help others. “I never started this journey to be an icon in adaptive sports or body positivity,” she told Tonal. “When I was going through cancer and amputation and journeying into sports, I was always looking for that person to guide me, to be a voice to get me to where I wanted to go. But that pool and that visibility was so small that I just started to feel isolated and alone… Luckily, through social media, I started to evolve and realized that with the use of a platform and with the use of a voice, I can be that voice for somebody who doesn’t have it.”

Brittany Mahomes is showing off her hot body at the gym in a few new mirror selfies. In a few new social media posts the former professional soccer player and wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes flaunts her fit figure while at the gym, wearing a sports bra and leggings. “We love a neutral pattern,” she captioned one of the Instagram Stories. How does the fitness trainer and mom approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. “Unapologetically” Always Herself

Brittany.Mahomes.3Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

“I think I align perfectly with SI Swimsuit’s vision because I am unapologetically always myself in any setting. I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too,” she says. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”

2. A Love for Exercise

Brittany.Mahomes.4Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany recently told Sports Illustrated that she is the most confident wearing workout clothes at the gym. “When I was playing professional soccer over in Iceland, I didn’t have a ton to do outside of soccer, so I found myself spending a ton of time in the gym working out, creating workouts, and posting them online,” she explains. “I realized that I was enjoying that so much more than actually playing soccer.”

3. Walking

Two,Dogs,In,Forest,Looking,Up,At,Person,For,TreatShutterstock

She also gets her steps in. In an interview with Eating Well, Brittany revealed that “walks with the kids and the dogs,” are another form of fitness for her. A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.

4. Strength Training and HIIT

Brittany.Mahomes.1Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany’s workouts are a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training. “If you are a beginner, HIIT with BRITT it is an excellent starting point. This is a full body workout guide that focuses on toning. There are 25 workouts included and the guide can be done at home or in the gym. You will need minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands (short & long), and ankle weights. Set some goals and go crush it!” she says on her website.

5. Consistency Is Key

Brittany.Mahomes.2Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

“Consistency is key. Don’t let anything get in your way! Don’t make excuses and don’t feel sorry for yourself! Go out and crush your goals without caring what anyone else thinks,” she says on the Brittany Lynne Fitness website.

1. Her Modeling Prepared Her for the Limelight

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I think from being from a modeling background and doing the Grid Girls stuff, it was all, obviously you are held to like impeccably higher standards of like physical appearance and like the way you hold yourself and being tough and having a face on, doesn't matter if you are feeling a bit miserable, one day you've gotta come and you've gotta smile. And you've got to be entertaining, charismatic. And I think that definitely has helped me for this part of my life,” she told the Behind Closed Doors podcast.

2. Love Island was a “Therapeutic” Experience

National Television Awards 2021 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“Love Island was kind of like a big wakeup call for me in quite a lot of ways….I realized that previous to that I'd always used all my relationships and the men in my life as a crutch. So I felt beautiful when they told me I was beautiful. I thought I was funny if they told me I was funny and I think what Love Island taught me is that I don't need someone else to tell me that, like, I just need to like myself and be confident in who I am and that's enough. And even though I was on, you know, on love island, you can say I was so unfiled and like I just was unapologetically myself for the first time I think in ages, in a weird way. Cuz you think being on a national TV, like it'd have the opposite effect, but weirdly like I just kind of in that Villa with no outside influence, like generally I had no one to kind of like guide me or tell me don't do that. Don't say that, you know, not having an ex you know, ex-boyfriend shush you or don't don't say that, it was quite like a therapeutic experience,” she told Behind Closed Doors.

3. She Loves the Outdoors

“I am 100% a summer girl, as I’m the coldest person that ever lived! Even on sunny days in England, when it gets to 25 degrees and everyone else strips off, I’ll still be wearing jeans. For that reason, spending last summer on Love Island was the absolute dream – it was always so lovely and warm!” she told Checklist.

4. This is Her Diet Advice

London Celebrity Sightings - September 1, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

“Prosecco and white wine are always on my shopping list – especially Pinot Grigio! I’m also obsessed with drinking water, so my fridge is always stocked up with plenty of bottles of Evian, as well as lots of healthy staples like eggs, smoothies, spinach, smoked salmon, bagels and avocados. I tend to end up eating breakfast foods at all hours of the day – even for dinner,” she told Checklist.

5. She Has ADHD

Olivia has ADHD. “The primary features of ADHD include inattention and hyperactive-impulsive behavior. ADHD symptoms start before age 12, and in some children, they're noticeable as early as 3 years of age. ADHD symptoms can be mild, moderate or severe, and they may continue into adulthood,” says the Mayo Clinic. “ADHD occurs more often in males than in females, and behaviors can be different in boys and girls. For example, boys may be more hyperactive and girls may tend to be quietly inattentive.” “I myself fall into a kind of combined type,” Olivia has said on Loose Women. “It got brought up when I was a child for me fidgeting in school, finding it hard to concentrate, but because I was like mild-mannered and bright, it kind of got a bit of brush under the carpet. And it was only in my later life. I found myself in a quite severe battle with anxiety and depression. And I came under the care of a psychiatrist whose actual special field was ADHD in adults. It was just an actually strike of luck. And she just was speaking to me for an hour assessing me. And at the end of the hour, she said, has anyone ever spoken to you about having ADHD?”

I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
