Indian TV Actress Mitali Mayekar Shares Swimsuit Photo "Sunset Surfing"
Mitali Mayekar is hanging ten in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Indian actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while holding a surfboard on the beach and sitting on it in the water. "Sunset surfing," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. "Gorgeous," commented one of her followers, while others added lots of fire emojis. How does the gorgeous star maintain her fit physique? She Scuba Dives
Mitali enjoys scuba diving, recently going on an underwater adventure in Spain. "Now they won't do tomatina and running with the bulls. Not so excited. Rest you are alive," she joked in an Instagram caption. Surprisingly, putting on a mask and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
She Hikes
Mitali is also a hiker, regularly going for hiking trips with her friends and husband. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
She Walks Her Dogs
Mitali is obsessed with her dogs and walks them daily. "We walked in silence but our hearts were screaming with happiness," she captioned a photo from one of their strolls. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
She Takes Baths
Mitali loves soaking in the tub. "Bubbly blanket," she captioned a photo from bath time. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
She Surfs
In her latest post, Mitali surfs. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
