Ines Tazi is sharing selfies from the gym. In a new social media post the reality star shows off her amazing body in her two-piece workout look while posing for a selfie at Barry’s France. How does the Perfect Match star maintain her fit physique? Celebwell has rounded up her top lifestyle tips.
1. Take Time for Self-Care
Tazi prioritizes self-care. "Loneliness is so underrated," she told Wondermind. "I love to have my alone time, so it was so hard because you're always with people. Sometimes I would just take a book and put my face in the book—I wouldn't even be reading. [It was] just to make sure I had a moment where no one was looking at me. Or even when I put my makeup on, those were moments where I was like, OK, Ines, reconnect."
2. Medite

Ines meditates to destress. While on Perfect Match she and Chloe Veitch did a meditation to quell their stress. “So I translated a meditation I knew in French that I memorized. And I was like, ‘Close your eyes, let's do meditation.’ And we did a guided meditation, so that helps,” she said. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
- Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
- Building skills to manage your stress
- Increasing self-awareness
- Focusing on the present
- Reducing negative emotions
- Increasing imagination and creativity
- Increasing patience and tolerance
- Lowering resting heart rate
- Lowering resting blood pressure
- Improving sleep quality
3. Ride Horses
Ines enjoys horseback. “Escape to Heaven,” she captioned a photo of herself riding at PGH La Palmeraie Polo Club in Morocco. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
4. Take a Bath
Ines takes a lot of baths to unwind, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. She captioned a photo of herself in the tub, “waxed & relaxxxxxed.” One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
5. Drink Coffee

Ines is a coffee drinker. Her “favorite toxic trait: thinking I need caffeinated drink every time I leave my house,” she confessed in a December 2023 post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
