Influencer, actress, and model, Amelie Zilber, keeps herself busy by hanging out at the beach, spending time with friends, and enjoying life. On a slideshow of photos and videos on Instagram, she said “104 days of summerrr vaccaationnnnn.” Here’s how Amelie keeps herself mentally and physically healthy.

She Travels

She explores Paris, discovering all the city has to offer. “Off to get my morning croissant 🥐,” she said on Instagram. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council, traveling has many benefits. “Travel helps your brain function better and boosts creativity. Immersing yourself in new cultures increases your mind’s ability to move between different ideas, think more deeply, and integrate thoughts. “Foreign experiences increase cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought,” says Adam Galinsky, a professor and author of numerous studies on the connection between creativity and international travel.”

She Skies

She spends time outside, even in the winter months, getting plenty of fresh air and finding ways to stay active. “Some moments of my ski trip with Blake! So cool being able to capture memories hands-free & immerse myself truly in the moment with #RayBanStories Click the link to check them out! @meta @rayban,” she said on Instagram.

She Loves Dogs

While playing in the snow, she loves spending time with adorable animals like these snow dogs. “Look at the cute little snow dogs !!!!!!!!,” she said on Instagram. According to the American Kennel Club, “even just petting a familiar dog lowers blood pressure and heart rate, slows breathing, and relaxes tense muscles. Scientists at Washington State University discovered that petting a dog for just 10 minutes can have a significant impact. Study participants had a significant reduction in cortisol, a major stress hormone.”

She Puts Down Her Phone

She takes a break from screen time and her phone by filming through these glasses. “Filmed my entire day though MY GLASSES! Still can’t believe how cool this is. Captured video content, photos, took phone calls & listened to music all without my phone in hand. This is going to be my 2022 staple for candid moments and phone-free time. Can’t wait to see all the magic you guys create with @rayban @meta #raybanstories,” she said on Instagram.

She Works Through the Anxious Thoughts

She works on overcoming her anxious thoughts. “Just an anxious gal being open abt her anxiety lol (full video on tiktok!),” she said on Instagram. On her video discussing this issue, she starts it off by saying “perfectionism, anxiety, and fear of failure. Those are the three driving motivators in my brain at all times.”

Gemma Atkinson Starts 2025 Health Regimen Early

Hollyoaks star Gemma Atkinson is encouraging fans and followers not to wait until the New Year to take care of their health and wellness. Atkinson, 40, shared a video of herself black two-piece workout gear, doing an exercise circuit with weights. “I always like to start up again before the new year. Why delay making changes when it comes to our health. If you can start now, do it. Is it gonna be one day or day 1? The choice is yours. I think as well when it comes to New Year we should try changing the word resolutions to standards. Setting standards for ourselves will be more beneficial. It even sounds more important. My standard is to move daily, even a brisk walk. My standards are to prioritise 8 mins before bed to stretching. My standards are to fuel myself with good nutrition whilst still occasionally enjoying foods I love. My standards are to see the girls once a month for a good catchup and lots of laughs,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the British star stays fit, healthy, and strong year-round.
