She Travels

She explores Paris, discovering all the city has to offer. “Off to get my morning croissant 🥐,” she said on Instagram. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council, traveling has many benefits. “Travel helps your brain function better and boosts creativity. She Skies

She Loves Dogs

While playing in the snow, she loves spending time with adorable animals like these snow dogs. “Look at the cute little snow dogs !!!!!!!!,” she said on Instagram. According to the American Kennel Club, “even just petting a familiar dog lowers blood pressure and heart rate, slows breathing, and relaxes tense muscles. Scientists at Washington State University discovered that petting a dog for just 10 minutes can have a significant impact. Study participants had a significant reduction in cortisol, a major stress hormone.”
